Set Up

No tools or hardware required.

Locate Dispenser

Notice: Do NOT plug the power cord into the wall outlet until instructed.

  1. Place dispenser upright.
  2. Locate dispenser on a hard, level surface in a cool, shaded location near a ground fault interrupting receptacle.
  3. Position the dispenser so the back is at least 4 inches from the wall, with at least 4 inches of clearance on both sides for airflow.

Install Drip Tray & Grid

  1. Remove the drip tray and grid from protective packaging.
  2. Slide the drip tray assembly onto the door.

Install Water Bottle

Bottle not included. Requires standard 3, 4, or 5-gallon water dispenser bottles. Visit www.PrimoWater.com to find Primo Water at a store near you.

Visual Description: Diagram shows a water bottle with a probe assembly, consisting of a head and collar. Instructions detail cleaning the bottle cap and neck, opening the dispenser door, placing the probe assembly on the hanger, removing the bottle cap, cleaning the new bottle, inserting the probe into the bottle, sliding the collar down to click, and pushing the head down until the tube reaches the bottom of the bottle. Finally, slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door.

Provide Electricity

Plug the power cord into a ground fault interrupting receptacle. The pump will begin moving water from the bottle to the hot and cold tanks. It may take up to 4 minutes to fill the tanks initially, during which the pump will run continuously. This is normal.

Operation

The dispenser has been tested and sanitized. Dispense and dispose of at least one quart of water before drinking to remove any dust or odors accumulated during transit.

Dispensing Cold Water (37°-50°F / 3°-10°C)

Tank Capacity: 3.6L, Flow Rate: 35mL per second / 126L per hour.

It takes approximately 1 hour after setup for the water to reach maximum cold temperature. The compressor will run continuously during this time, which is normal.

  1. Position a bottle, glass, pitcher, or cooking pot below the spout.
  2. Touch the center of the cold water control to start water flow.
  3. Release the control once the desired fill level is achieved.

Changing Bottles

A flashing red light indicates the bottle is empty. Replace the bottle as soon as possible.

  1. Open the dispenser door and slide the empty bottle out.
  2. Remove the probe assembly from the empty bottle and place it on the probe hanger.
  3. Set the empty bottle aside.
  4. Place a fresh bottle outside the cabinet. Remove the entire plastic cap from the top of the bottle. Clean the outside of the new bottle with a cloth.
  5. Place the probe into the bottle. Slide the collar down until it clicks. Push the head down until the tube reaches the bottom of the bottle.
  6. Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door.

Maintenance

For best taste, performance, and hygiene:

  1. Clean the cabinet, controls, bottle probe, and spout each time you change the water bottle. Use a clean soft cloth and a food-grade sanitizer or bleach.
  2. Empty and clean the drip tray, grid, and float as needed.
  3. Use only high-quality Primo purified bottled water to minimize mineral deposits that can clog lines and affect taste.
