Features & Functions
- Brewer Zone: Area for drip or single-serve coffee makers, with Primo-Mount pad and magnet system to prevent sliding and tipping.
- Cold Control: Touch to dispense, release to stop.
- Cooling Indicator: Blue light around the cold control indicates water is cooling.

Warnings & Safety Precautions
Read this entire guide before assembling, installing, and operating the dispenser to reduce the risk of injury and property damage. Failure to follow instructions can cause personal injury or property damage.
- Assemble and install dispenser according to this manual.
- Intended for water dispensing only. Do NOT use other liquids or for other purposes. Use only known and microbiologically safe bottled water.
- For indoor use only. Keep in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do NOT use outdoors.
- Install and use only on a hard, flat, and level surface.
- Do NOT place dispenser in an enclosed space or cabinet.
- Do NOT operate in the presence of explosive fumes.
- Position dispenser back at least 4 inches from a wall, allowing 4 inches of clearance on sides for airflow.
- Must be plugged into a ground fault interrupting receptacle.
- Do not use an extension cord.
- Always grasp the plug and pull straight out from the outlet; never pull the power cord.
- Do NOT use if the cord is frayed or damaged.
- To protect against electric shock, do NOT immerse cord, plug, or any part of the dispenser in water or other liquids.
- Ensure dispenser is unplugged before cleaning.
- Never allow children to dispense water without proper and direct supervision. Unplug unit to prevent unsupervised use.
- Do not dispense water if the bottle is empty.
- Service should only be performed by a certified technician. Contact 866-429-7566 for assistance.
Limited Warranty
Primo Water Corporation ("Vendor") warrants this dispenser to the original purchaser for two (2) years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, provided it is assembled and operated per the instructions. Proof of purchase (sales slip or invoice) is required. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts under normal use and service. Contact Vendor's Customer Service for claims. Transportation charges for returned parts must be prepaid by the customer; replacement parts will be shipped freight prepaid.
The warranty does NOT cover failures due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation, improper maintenance, or failure to perform routine maintenance. It also does not cover cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, or rust.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Vendor disclaims all warranties for products purchased from unauthorized retailers. After one year, Vendor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vendor is not liable for special, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Vendor is not responsible for defects caused by third parties. This warranty grants specific legal rights; rights may vary by jurisdiction.

Setup
No tools or hardware required.
Locate Dispenser
Notice: Do NOT plug power cord into wall outlet until instructed.
- Place dispenser upright.
- Locate dispenser on a hard and level surface in a cool, shaded location near a ground fault interrupting receptacle.
- Position dispenser so the back is at least 4 inches from the wall and there are at least 4 inches of clearance on both sides for airflow.
Install Drip Tray & Grid
- Remove drip tray and grid from protective packaging.
- Slide drip tray assembly onto the door.
Install Water Bottle
Bottle not included. Requires standard 3, 4, or 5-gallon water dispenser bottles. Visit www.PrimoWater.com to find Primo Water at a store near you.

- Clean bottle cap and neck with a cloth and warm soapy water, then rinse.
- Open dispenser door.
- Place probe assembly on probe hanger.
- Place fresh bottle outside of cabinet.
- Remove entire plastic cap from the top of the bottle.
- Clean the outside of the new bottle with a cloth.
- Place probe into bottle.
- Slide collar down until it clicks in place.
- Push head down until the tube hits the bottom of the bottle.
- Slide bottle into the cabinet and close the door.
Provide Electricity
Plug cord into a ground fault interrupting receptacle. The pump will begin moving water from the bottle to the hot and cold tanks. It may take up to 4 minutes to fill the tanks for the first time, during which the pump will run continuously. This is normal.
Operation
This water dispenser has been tested and sanitized. Dispense and dispose of at least one quart of water before drinking.
Dispensing Cold Water (37°-50°F / 3°-10°C)
Tank Capacity: 3.6L, Flow Rate: 35mL per second / 126L per hour.
After setup, it takes approximately 1 hour for the water to reach maximum cold temperature. The compressor will run continuously during this period, which is normal.
- Position bottle, glass, pitcher, or cooking pot below the spout.
- Touch the center of the cold water control to start water flow.
- Release the control once the desired fill level is achieved.
Changing Bottles
A flashing red light indicates an empty bottle. Replace the bottle as soon as possible.
- Open dispenser door and slide the empty bottle out.
- Remove the probe assembly from the empty bottle and place it on the probe hanger.
- Set the empty bottle aside.
- Place a fresh bottle outside the cabinet. Remove the plastic cap from the top of the bottle and clean the outside with a cloth.
- Place the probe into the bottle. Slide the collar down until it clicks, then push the head down until the tube reaches the bottom of the bottle.
- Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door.
Maintenance
For best taste, performance, and hygiene:
- Clean the cabinet, controls, bottle probe, and spout each time you change the water bottle. Use a clean soft cloth and a food-grade sanitizer or bleach.
- Empty and clean the drip tray, grid, and float as needed.
- To minimize mineral deposits that can clog lines and affect taste, use only high-quality Primo purified bottled water.

Troubleshooting
Cold water is not cold.
- It takes up to one hour after setup to dispense cold water.
- Ensure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet.
- Verify the dispenser back is at least 4 inches from a wall, with free airflow on all sides.
- Confirm the green switch on the back of the dispenser is ON.
- If water is still not cold, call 866-429-7566 for assistance.
Nightlight Isn’t Working
- Ensure the power cord is properly connected to a working outlet.
- Confirm the nightlight switch on the back of the dispenser is ON.
