Insert dowels (146114) and cam locks (10102026) into the pre-drilled holes. Tighten the cam locks using a screwdriver to secure the panels. Attach the drawer runner components (CL - 151931, 4x; CR - 10102026, 6x) to the inside of the side panels using screws (146114, 4x for CL; 10102026, 6x for CR). Attach the remaining side panels to the base frame using screws (118331, 4x). Attach another panel using parts (105248, 2x). Attach a panel using parts (101345, 4x). Attach a side panel to the frame. Attach another side panel to the frame. Use parts 119252, 119250, 120076, 110126 as shown. Continue assembling the main frame of the unit. Attach another side panel using parts 119252, 119250, 120076, 110126. Attach a back support rail to the unit. Attach a rail to a panel using parts 102553, 105248, 10076617. Attach brackets (158568, 2x) to the frame using parts (105248, 2x). Attach brackets (10101849, 2x) using parts (105248, 2x). Attach a panel using parts (101345, 4x). Insert a panel into the unit. Insert another panel into the unit. Attach a panel using parts 10094763 (2x) and 10094727 (2x). Attach a panel using parts (101345, 2x). Insert the large back panel into the unit. Attach a side panel using parts (101345, 4x). Attach a panel using parts (118331, 6x). Attach a panel using parts (101345, 2x). Attach drawer runner components (CL - 151931, 2x) to the drawer sides using parts (10102042, 2x). Attach drawer runner components (CR - 151931, 2x) to the drawer sides. Attach the drawer back panel. Attach drawer runner components to the drawer sides using parts 110126, 119252, 119250, 120076. Insert the assembled drawer sides into the main unit. Attach drawer runner components to the main unit using parts 119252, 119250, 120076. Attach drawer runner components to the main unit using parts 10093081, 10093082. Insert the drawer runners into their positions within the unit. Attach drawer supports using parts 144575 and 144574. Attach the anti-tip bracket to the top of the unit using parts 100823, 109049, 106989. Insert and secure the components of the anti-tip bracket as shown. Secure the anti-tip bracket to the wall using screws (109572). The unit is now secured to the wall. The supplied screws (109572) and plugs (10087223) can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If uncertain, seek professional advice. Wall Type A (Solid Wall): Drill a hole with Ø 5/16" (8 mm). Insert wall plug (10087223). Insert screw (109572) through bracket and into plug. Use a 2 3/4" (70 mm) screw if needed. Wall Type B (Hollow Wall): Drill a hole with Ø 5/16" (8 mm). Insert wall plug (10087223). Insert screw (109572) through bracket and into plug. Use a ≈1 1/4" (≈ 30 mm) screw. Wall Type C (Solid Wood): Drill a hole with Ø 1/8" (3 mm). Insert screw (109572) directly into the wood without a plug. Use a ≈1 1/4" (≈ 30 mm) screw. Follow the diagrams to securely attach the anti-tip device to the wall and the unit, ensuring stability. This involves attaching brackets (10102070, 109572) to the unit and then to the wall. Assemble the drawer bases and attach drawer sides using parts 118331 (4x) and 101345 (4x). Attach the drawer front panels to the assembled drawer sides. Assemble the drawer box structure using parts 120076 (4x) and 101345 (2x), then attach the back panel. Attach drawer runners to the drawer sides using part 10040242 (1x). Attach drawer sides to the drawer base. Attach the drawer front panel using parts 145718 and 120076. Attach drawer runners to the drawer sides using part 146114 (6x). ⚠️ Insert the assembled drawers into the unit. Ensure drawers are not overloaded and are placed correctly.
