- Turn off/unplug and WAIT UNTIL SHADE (H) IS COOL before handling.
- The LED light panel (Q) might get hot after several hours of continuous use, DO NOT place your hands directly on LED light panel.
- Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles in the extension cord.
- Do not alter the plug.
- The lamp head included with this unit cannot be replaced by the consumer.
- INDOOR USE ONLY.
- NOTE: The important safety instructions appearing in this instruction sheet are not meant to cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood that common sense, caution, and care must be used with any electrical product.

Lamp Assembly
Refer to Figures 1, 2, 3, and 4 for assembly guidance.
Diagram Description (Figure 1): Shows the assembled floor lamp with parts labeled A through P. A is the base, B is the lower pole, C is the upper pole, G is the gooseneck, H is the shade, and Q is the LED light panel. Other parts include connectors, bolts, washers, wrench, and adapter.
Diagram Description (Figure 2): Illustrates the flexible gooseneck assembly (G) and the shade (H).
Diagram Description (Figure 3): Details the connection of the adapter input (D) to the connector (E) at the bottom of the dowel (F).
Diagram Description (Figure 4): Shows the alignment of the dowel's "opening" with the inner pole's "tab" (marked with an arrow) for securing the gooseneck assembly to the upper pole.
Usable Area Diagram: Indicates a safe zone for positioning the shade and accessories, with a 30-degree angle marked on either side of the forward-facing direction. It explicitly states "DO NOT MOVE SHADE OR ACCESSORIES outside of the shaded area".
- Unpack all lamp parts and lay out with the base (A) lying flat on a steady surface.
- To ease assembly, straighten gooseneck (G) so that shade (H), neck, and dowel (F) are in a straight line.
- Remove wrench (M), bolt (L) and washer (K) from the plastic bag included in the box containing the base.
- Insert upper pole (C) into the lower pole (B) and thread lightly until tightened.
- Firmly insert the stem (or bottom) of assembled pole (B-C) into the hole located in the base (A).
- Insert bolt (L) through the washer (K), then into the recessed hole in the bottom of the base (A) as shown in the diagram.
- Use the enclosed wrench (M) to tighten the bolt (L) securely, turning clockwise until tight.
- Before assembling shade and gooseneck assembly (G) to upper pole (C), connect adapter input (D) into connector (E) in the bottom of dowel (F). See Figure 3. Finish assembly by inserting dowel (F) into upper pole (C). IMPORTANT: To lock dowel (F) into upper pole (C) make sure "opening" located on back of dowel is aligned with inner pole "tab" also marked with an arrow. Inner pole tab and arrow are shown in Figure 4. The shade and gooseneck assembly (G) should be flush with the upper pole and free to rotate. Dowel opening can be easily seen in Figure 3.
- Connect the input jack (N) of adapter (P) into connection (O) located in the rear-bottom of pole (B).
Operation
- Plug the AC Adapter (P) into a standard household 120V AC outlet. NOTE: Only use with supplied AC adapter to avoid damage or fire.
- Turn the lamp ON or OFF by using power switch (J) located in the front-lower side of gooseneck assembly (G). Power switch (J) is a "touch" switch that controls the dimmer function of the lamp.
- To power LED lighting, slightly touch the switch (J) to achieve the following:
- To turn lamp "ON"; touch the switch "once".
- To turn lamp "OFF"; touch the switch a "second" time.
- To power LED dimmer setting, slightly touch the switch (J) to turn "ON" lamp and achieve the following:
- To operate dimmer function; continuously "press" switch until light reaches its lowest setting or "stop" pressing switch when reaching desired lower light level.
- After reaching desired lower light level, continuously "press" switch again until reaching original setting.
- To position the shade simply bend the gooseneck (G) as needed to point the light. To avoid damaging the lamp, DO NOT force the flex-neck into a sharp bend.
