Introduction

Congratulations on your purchase of the OttLite® Creative Curves LED Desk Lamp, featuring natural lighting technology.

Product Registration

Please complete the enclosed Product Registration Form and return it by mail, or register online at OttLite.com/warranty.

Assembly and Operation

NOTE: THIS UNIT IS FULLY ASSEMBLED

Remove the lamp from its packaging, placing the lamp body base (A) flat on a steady surface.
Connect the AC Adapter input (H) into connector (F) located at the rear-bottom of the lamp.
Plug the A/C adapter (J) into a standard household 120V AC outlet. NOTE: Only use the supplied AC adapter to avoid damage or fire.
Turn the lamp ON & OFF using the power switch (B), located on the front lower-side of the base (A). This is a "touch" switch that controls the dimmer function for 4 levels of brightness.
To adjust LED settings, slightly touch the switch:
- Touch once: Turn lamp "ON" to the 1st brightness setting.
- Touch twice: Set to 2nd brightness.
- Touch three times: Set to 3rd brightness.
- Touch four times: Set to 4th brightness.
- Touch five times: Turn lamp "OFF".
To position the shade, simply bend the flex-neck (E) as needed to point the light. Please hold the lamp base (A) while adjusting the lamp. Take care not to overextend the lamp to avoid unbalancing it and causing damage.

Turn the lamp off and WAIT UNTIL LAMP HEAD (C) and ADAPTER (J) ARE COOL before handling.
The LED panel (D) might get hot after several hours of continuous use. DO NOT place your hands directly on the LED light panel.
Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles in the extension cord.
Do not alter the plug.
The lamp head included with this unit cannot be replaced by the consumer.

THIS LAMP CONTAINS a 5V-2.1A USB output port (G) located on the base of the lamp. USB port can charge such items as tablets, cellular phones, etc.
