JABLOTRON JA-110B Bus Acoustic Glass Break Detector
This document provides installation instructions and technical specifications for the JA-110B detector.
Introduction
The JA-110B is part of the JABLOTRON system. It is used for detecting broken glass in building windows and glass surfaces. It reacts to air pressure changes associated with the sound of breaking glass. The detector has a pulse reaction (it only reports a trigger). Installation must be performed by a trained technician with a valid certificate issued by an authorized distributor.
Installation
Important: Always disconnect power before connecting the module to the system bus.
- Open the detector cover by pressing the latch (1) with a flat-head screwdriver.
- Remove the printed circuit board (PCB) – it is secured by a latch (5).
- Position the bus cable and screw the rear cover part to the wall.
- Place the PCB back and connect the bus cables to the bus connectors (6).
- Adjust the acoustic sensor sensitivity using the trimmer (10).
- Close the detector cover.
