2. Check the parts list and confirm everything's there before starting assembly.
3. When assembling, put all parts on a soft, smooth surface like a carpet to avoid scratches.
4. Don't fully tighten screws until all parts are confirmed in place to avoid misalignment.

How to Get the Assembly Video

Step 1: Scan the QR code provided in the manual or search on YouTube.

Step 2: Search YouTube for the model number (HOGA-RY0118) on the bottom left corner of the title page.

If you can't find the assembly video, please contact customer service.

Assembly Recommendations

We recommend using hand tools for assembly. If an electric screwdriver is used, reduce power and torque to avoid damage to the product. ⚡️❌

AVOID SCRATCHES: In order to avoid scratching, this furniture should be assembled on a soft surface, such as a rug. ✔️

Caution: Make sure all parts are included. Most board parts are labeled or stamped on the raw edge. Contact us for a free replacement if you encounter any damaged or missing parts.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble Side Frames

Assemble the two main side frame structures. Each structure uses two vertical posts (1, 2) and one horizontal connector (3). Secure using Cam Locks (A) and Screws (C).

Parts used: 1, 2, 3. Hardware used: A (8 pcs), C (4 pcs).

Visual aid: Two identical frame structures are formed.

Step 2: Connect Side Frames

Connect the two assembled side frames using horizontal bars (1, 2) and vertical connectors (3). Ensure holes are on the same side. Secure with Cam Locks (A) and Screws (B).

Parts used: 1, 2, 3. Hardware used: A (4 pcs), B (4 pcs).

Visual aid: The two side frames are now connected by horizontal bars, forming a basic structure.

Step 3: Attach Shelves

Attach the shelves (5) to the assembled frame. Insert shelves into the designated slots and secure them using Screws (D).

Parts used: 5 (4 pcs). Hardware used: D (16 pcs).

Visual aid: Shelves are inserted between the vertical posts of the side frames.

Step 4: Assemble Support Bars

Assemble the long support bars. Connect pieces (7) and (8) using Brackets (E) and Screws (F).

Parts used: 7 (4 pcs), 8 (2 pcs). Hardware used: E (4 pcs), F (24 pcs).

Visual aid: Two long horizontal bar assemblies are created.

Step 5: Attach Support Bars (Left Side)

Attach the assembled support bars (6, 7) to the left side frame structure. Secure using Screws (G) and (H).

Parts used: 6 (2 pcs), 7 (2 pcs). Hardware used: G (2 pcs), H (2 pcs).

Visual aid: Support bars are attached to the left side of the desk frame.

Step 6: Attach Support Bars (Right Side & Center)

Continue attaching the remaining support bars (6, 7, 8) to the right side and center of the desk frame. Secure using Screws (G) and (H).

Parts used: 6 (2 pcs), 7 (2 pcs), 8 (2 pcs). Hardware used: G (2 pcs), H (2 pcs).

Visual aid: All main horizontal support bars are now attached, forming the desk's base structure.

Step 7: Install Cam Pins and Prepare for Desktop Attachment

Screw Cam Pins (J) into the pre-drilled holes on the desktop pieces (9, 10, 11, 12). Ensure they are inserted correctly, without gaps. ✔️

Cam Lock Mechanism: To assemble, insert the cam pin into its hole. Then, place the connecting piece so the cam pin head enters the larger hole of the cam lock. Turn the cam lock clockwise with a screwdriver until it is tight to secure the connection. Do not overtighten or use an electric screwdriver.

Parts used: 9, 10, 11, 12. Hardware used: J (20 pcs).

Step 8: Attach Main Desktop

Place the main desktop (9) onto the assembled frame. Align the cam pins with the corresponding holes. Secure from underneath using Screws (K).

Parts used: 9. Hardware used: K (4 pcs).

Visual aid: The main desktop is attached to the frame.

Step 9: Attach Brackets to Main Desktop

Attach Brackets (13) to the underside of the main desktop (9) using Cam Pins (L). Ensure correct orientation.

Parts used: 9. Hardware used: 13 (3 pcs), L (6 pcs).

Visual aid: Brackets are affixed to the main desktop.

Step 10: Attach Monitor Shelf and Extension

Attach the monitor shelf (11) and desktop extension (10) to the main desktop (9). Secure using Cam Pins (L).

Parts used: 9, 10, 11. Hardware used: L (6 pcs).

Visual aid: The monitor shelf and desktop extension are placed on the main desktop.

Step 11: Attach Brackets to Monitor Shelf

Attach Brackets (13) to the underside of the monitor shelf (11) using Cam Pins (L). Connect these to the frame.

Parts used: 11. Hardware used: 13 (2 pcs), L (4 pcs).

Visual aid: Brackets are affixed to the monitor shelf and connected to the frame.

Step 12: Attach Brackets to Desktop Extension

Attach Brackets (13) to the underside of the desktop extension (10) using Cam Pins (L). Connect these to the frame.

Parts used: 10. Hardware used: 13 (2 pcs), L (4 pcs).

Visual aid: Brackets are affixed to the desktop extension and connected to the frame.

Step 13: Attach Monitor Shelf (Extension Side)

Attach the second monitor shelf (12) to the desktop extension (10) and the frame. Secure using Screws (M).

Parts used: 10, 12. Hardware used: M (5 pcs).

Visual aid: The second monitor shelf is attached to the right side of the desk.

Step 14: Final Desktop Extension Attachment

Secure the desktop extension (10) to the frame using Screws (K).

Parts used: 10. Hardware used: K (4 pcs).

Visual aid: Final screws are tightened to secure the desktop extension.
