Tribesigns HOGA-F1594 L-Shaped Desk

This document provides assembly instructions for the Tribesigns HOGA-F1594 L-shaped desk. Assembly requires two people ?‍?‍? and is estimated to take approximately 30 minutes ⏱️.

Before You Start

Assembly Preparation

1. Remove all packaging materials, staples, and packing straps from the carton.
2. Refer to the Parts List and Hardware List and ensure all components are complete before starting assembly.
3. Place all parts on a clean, flat, and soft surface (e.g., carpet or rug) to prevent parts from getting scratched.

Safety Precautions

1. Keep all hardware parts out of reach of children ?.
2. Dispose of plastic packaging material immediately to avoid any risk of suffocation to children and animals ?.

Tips for Assembly

1. Allow ample room for assembly and ensure it is in close proximity to where the product will be placed.
2. Assemble the product on a surface that does not scratch or damage the exterior gloss and finish of the furniture.
3. Please check that all parts and quantities are included before assembly. Contact customer service for missing parts.
4. Identify all parts, hardware, and quantities required for each step.
5. During assembly, do not over-tighten any fittings, as this may cause damage.
6. Do not use power tools ?️ to assemble this product.
7. Always place the product on a flat surface.
8. Do not sit or stand on the partially assembled product; only use the product for which it is intended.
9. Do not tighten screws completely at first, in case parts were assembled incorrectly and need to be disassembled. Tighten screws at the end when all parts are put together.
10. Please use the screws correctly, otherwise, you might damage the desk panel.

• Part 2: Frame (x1) - A rectangular metal frame component of the desk structure.
• Part 3: Frame (x1) - A rectangular metal frame component of the desk structure.
• Part 4: Support Bar (x4) - Shorter horizontal metal bars for connecting frame parts.
• Part 5: Support Bar (x4) - Longer horizontal metal bars for connecting frame parts.
• Part 6: Support Bar (x4) - Longer horizontal metal bars for connecting frame parts.
• Part 7: Support Bar (x1) - A longer horizontal metal bar for connecting frame parts.
• Part 8: Center Support Bar (x1) - Connects the two main desk sections.
• Part 9: Connector Bolt/Screw (x1) - A specialized screw used in Step 1.
• Part 10: Desk Panel (x1) - A rectangular desk surface panel.
• Part 11: Desk Panel (x1) - A rectangular desk surface panel.
• Part 12: Desk Panel (x1) - A rectangular desk surface panel.
• Part 13: Desk Panel (x1) - A rectangular desk surface panel.

The following hardware is included:

• Hardware A: M6x35 Screw (21 PCS)
• Hardware B: M6x45 Screw (21 PCS)
• Hardware C: M7x50 Screw (4 PCS)
• Hardware D: M3.5x14 Screw (4 PCS)
• Hardware E: M6x70 Screw (1 PCS)
• Hardware 4#: Cam Lock Connector (1 PCS) - A metal piece used with screw E.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Attach hardware D (M3.5x14 Screw, 4 PCS) to part 15 (curved desk panel).

Step 2

Connect parts 2 (frame) and 3 (frame) to part 8 (center support bar) using hardware B (M6x45 Screw, 2 PCS) and hardware C (M7x50 Screw, 4 PCS). Attach part 15 (curved desk panel) to the frame using hardware C.

Step 3

Attach part 12 (desk panel) to the frame structure using hardware A (M6x35 Screw, 4 PCS).

Step 4

Connect part 12 (desk panel) to parts 1 (frame legs, x2), 2 (frame), and 5 (support bar) using hardware B (M6x45 Screw, 10 PCS).

Step 5

Attach part 13 (desk panel) to the frame structure using hardware A (M6x35 Screw, 4 PCS).

Step 6

Connect part 13 (desk panel) to parts 1 (frame legs, x2), 3 (frame), 6 (support bars, x2), and 7 (support bar) using hardware B (M6x45 Screw, 9 PCS). Insert hardware E (M6x70 Screw, 1 PCS) into the designated hole on part 6, securing it with hardware 4# (Cam Lock Connector, 1 PCS).

Step 7

Attach desk panels 10 (rectangular), 11 (rectangular), and 14 (curved) to the assembled frame using hardware A (M6x35 Screw, 13 PCS). Ensure panels 10 and 11 are placed on the outer edges, and panel 14 connects the sections.

Step 8

The desk assembly is now complete.
