Tribesigns Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Install Cams and Pins

Read each step carefully before starting. Each step of instruction should be performed in the correct order. If these steps are not followed in sequence, assembly difficulties may occur.

Action: Screw the pin into the hole. Set the cams correctly by aligning the head of the cams with the lock pins. Lock the cam by turning the cam head with a screwdriver until it is tightened. Please do not use an electric screwdriver to assemble the unit.

Step 2: Split Drawer Slides

Please split component "O/P" into "O" and "P" before assembling the slide and then proceed to the next step of assembly.

Action: Pull apart component "O/P" to each side, and then gently push up the lever of component "P".

Step 3: Attach Frame Supports

Action: Attach two Part 16 pieces to the main frame structure using eight Hardware A (M6x40mm screws). Ensure correct orientation as shown.

Hardware Used: A (M6x40mm) x 8 pcs

Step 4: Install Cam Locks

Action: Attach two Part 17 pieces to the frame structure using eight Hardware B (Ø15x12mm cam locks). Insert the cam locks and tighten them with a screwdriver (V) as shown in the detailed diagram.

Step 5: Attach Top Panel

Action: Attach Part 15 (top panel) to the assembled frame using eight Hardware A (M6x40mm screws). Rotate the panel 180° as indicated.

Step 6: Attach Side Panels

Action: Attach Part 9 to the frame using eight Hardware A (M6x40mm screws). Rotate the panel 180° as indicated.

Step 7: Connect Drawer Unit Sides

Action: Attach Part 8 to Part 12 using four Hardware A (M6x40mm screws).

Step 8: Assemble Drawer Unit Frame

Action: Assemble the drawer unit frame by attaching Part 13 to Part 8 and Part 9 using Hardware B (Ø15x12mm cam locks) and Hardware D (Ø8x30mm screws). Follow the cam lock procedure.

Step 9: Install Drawer Slides on Top Panel

Action: Install drawer slides (O) onto Part 10 using six Hardware L (Ø3.5x14mm screws). Rotate the panel 180° as indicated.

Step 10: Assemble Drawer Unit Side Panel

Action: Attach Part 27 to Part 9 using four Hardware B (Ø15x12mm cam locks) and four Hardware D (Ø8x30mm screws). Follow the cam lock procedure.

Step 11: Attach Drawer Unit Top

Action: Attach Part 10 to Part 8 and Part 15 using eight Hardware B (Ø15x12mm cam locks) and eight Hardware D (Ø8x30mm screws). Follow the cam lock procedure.

Step 12: Install Drawer Slides on Side Panel

Action: Install drawer slides (O) onto Part 11 using six Hardware L (Ø3.5x14mm screws).

Step 13: Attach Drawer Unit Bottom

Action: Attach Part 15 to Part 8 and Part 11 using two Hardware B (Ø15x12mm cam locks) and two Hardware D (Ø8x30mm screws). Follow the cam lock procedure.

Step 14: Attach Drawer Unit Front/Back Panels

Action: Attach Part 7 and Part 14 to the assembled drawer unit structure.

Step 15: Attach Desk Top Support

Action: Attach Part 6 to Part 15 using two Hardware A (M6x40mm screws) and two Hardware T (Ø25x2mm caps/washers). Peel off the tape from T and apply to corners of the table before use.

Hardware Used: A (M6x40mm) x 2 pcs, T (Ø25x2mm) x 2 pcs

Step 16: Attach Drawer Unit Base

Action: Attach Part 5 to Part 6 using two Hardware B (Ø15x12mm cam locks) and two Hardware D (Ø8x30mm screws). Follow the cam lock procedure.

Step 17: Connect Drawer Unit to Main Frame

Action: Attach Part 5 to Part 12 using two Hardware B (Ø15x12mm cam locks) and two Hardware D (Ø8x30mm screws). Follow the cam lock procedure.

Step 18: Attach Drawer Unit Side Support

Action: Attach Part 6 to Part 5 using four Hardware L (Ø3.5x14mm screws) and two Hardware J (brackets).

Step 19: Assemble Drawer Frame Supports

Action: Attach Part 31 to Part 29 and Part 30 using four Hardware F (M6x35mm screws).

Step 20: Attach Drawer Unit Frame to Main Structure

Action: Attach Part 31 to Part 12 and Part 6 using two Hardware G (M6x55mm screws) and two Hardware I (M6x30mm screws). Secure with Hardware U (M3 screws).

Step 21: Prepare Desk Top Surface

Action: Attach Part 4 to the main desk surface using ten Hardware A (M6x40mm screws).

Step 22: Attach Drawer Cabinet to Desk Top

Action: Attach Part 18 and Part 20 to the structure using twelve Hardware A (M6x40mm screws), six Hardware M (Ø4x20mm screws), and three Hardware Q (brackets).

Step 40: Final Drawer Installation

Action: Before installation, slide the inner iron pieces of 'O' (drawer slide part) to the outermost side. Then align it with 'P' (cabinet slide part) and gently push it inward to complete the slide installation.
