Section A: Overview

Identify the components of your MotorMouth III device:

1. Microphone: Located on the device for voice input.
2. Multifunction Button (MFB): The primary button for controlling the device, featuring an LED indicator.
3. USB-C Charging Input: Port for connecting the charging cable.
4. USB-C Charge Cable: Cable for charging the device.
5. Relocation Mount: An accessory for mounting the device, featuring an adhesive base and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Section B: Charging

To charge your MotorMouth III:

Use the included USB-C cable to connect the MotorMouth III to a compatible power source (not included).
The LED on the Multifunction Button will flash red while charging.
The LED will turn off when the charge is complete.

Section C: Installation Options

Choose the installation method that best suits your needs:

Option 1: Direct Connection

Plug the 3.5mm jack on the MotorMouth III directly into the AUX input on your vehicle's head unit.

Option 2: Using the Relocation Mount

Use the Relocation Mount to connect the MotorMouth III to your vehicle's console AUX input.

Mount the adhesive base horizontally on your dash top.
Ensure the microphone end of the unit is pointed toward you for optimal voice capture.
Connect the 3.5mm jack from the Relocation Mount to your vehicle's AUX input.

Section D: Power On/Off & Pairing

Powering On

Press and hold the Multifunction Button (MFB). The Blue LED will flash. By default, pairing mode is initiated when the MotorMouth III is first powered on.

Powering Off

Press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds. The Blue LED will flash 3 times to confirm. The MotorMouth III will power off automatically after 5 minutes if your phone is out of range.

Pairing Mode

Press and hold the MFB for 5 seconds. The Blue LED will flash rapidly.

Note on Connectivity

The MotorMouth III will connect to the last connected device. For optimal performance, ensure the volume on your mobile phone is set to maximum the first time the device connects.

Section E: Audio Playback & Calling

Music Control

Play/Pause Music: Press MFB 1x

Call Management

Answer/End/Cancel Call: Press MFB 1x
Reject Incoming Call: Press & Hold MFB for 2 seconds
Redial Last Number: Press MFB 2x

Voice Assistant

Activate Voice Assistant: Press & hold MFB for 3 seconds

Reset Device

Reset: Press & Hold MFB for 8 seconds
