Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Feet
Attach the four feet (9) to the bottom panel (5) using four pieces of hardware D (Ø8x35mm).
Step 2: Attach Side Panels to Bottom
Attach the left side panel (3) and right side panel (4) to the bottom panel (5) using eight pieces of hardware E (ST7x40mm).
Step 3: Attach Top Panel and Back Panel
Attach the top panel (1) and back panel (2) to the side panels (3, 4) using three pieces of hardware A (ST6x40mm) and two pieces of hardware D (Ø8x35mm).
Step 4: Secure Main Frame
Secure the main frame by attaching the bottom panel (5) and back panel (2) to the side panels (3, 4) using six pieces of hardware B (Ø15x11mm).
Step 5: Assemble Cabinet Frame
Assemble the main cabinet frame by connecting panels. This step involves attaching the top panel (1), side panels (3, 4) to the back panel (2) and another panel (4) using eight pieces of hardware A (ST6x40mm) and four pieces of hardware D (Ø8x35mm).
Step 6: Attach Bottom Panel
Attach the bottom panel (5) to the side panels (3, 4) using six pieces of hardware B (Ø15x11mm).
Step 7: Install Middle Divider
Insert the middle divider (6) into the cabinet and secure it using two pieces of hardware B (Ø15x11mm).
Step 8: Install Door Side Panels
Insert the two door side panels (10) into the cabinet and secure them using two pieces of hardware B (Ø15x11mm).
Step 9: Attach Top Panel
Attach the top panel (1) to the assembled cabinet structure using four pieces of hardware D (Ø8x35mm).
Step 10: Install Shelf Supports
Attach the shelf supports (part 5, which is the bottom panel according to the list, but shown at the top in the diagram) to the top of the cabinet structure using six pieces of hardware E (ST7x40mm).
Note: The diagram for Step 10 shows part 5 being attached to the top of the cabinet. This might be a shelf or a top support, despite being listed as "Bottom Panel". Follow the diagram for placement.
Step 11: Insert Shelf Pins
Insert sixteen shelf pins (J) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the side panels and middle divider at the desired shelf heights.
Step 12: Place Shelves
Place the four shelves (7) onto the inserted shelf pins (J).
Step 13: Prepare Doors for Installation
Attach the handle components (H1) and door guides (H2) to the doors (8). Use four pieces of hardware F (ST3x14mm) for the handles and hardware H for the guides.
Step 14: Install Inner Door Mechanism
For the inner door:
- Install the wheels of #H1 into the inside slot of #5.
- Press the limit spring of #H2 down, and then align the corresponding stopper with the inner slot of #1.
- Once aligned, release the limit spring.
Step 15: Install Outer Door Mechanism
For the outer door:
- Install the wheels of #H1 into the outer slot of #5.
- Press the limit spring of #H2 down, and then align the corresponding stopper with the outer slot of #1.
- Once aligned, release the limit spring.
Important Note: Please note that the inner and outer doors need to be staggered to install #H2 on the other side.
Step 16: Attach Doors to Cabinet
Attach the doors (8) to the cabinet. Use one piece of hardware K (door hinge/connector) and two pieces of hardware C (M4x16mm) for each door.
Repeat for the second door.
