Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Legs
Attach the legs (12) to the bottom board (8) using screws (D).
Step 2: Prepare Top Panels
Insert cam bolts (A) into the top panel (2) and rotate 180 degrees.
Step 3: Prepare Bottom Panels
Insert cam bolts (A) into the bottom panel (6) and rotate 180 degrees.
Step 4: Assemble Side Panels to Bottom Board
Attach side panels (3 and 4) to the bottom board (8) using cam locks (B) and dowels (C).
Step 5: Attach Shelves
Insert cam bolts (A) into the side panels (3 and 4) and attach the shelves (5) using cam locks (B).
Step 6: Assemble Back Panels
Slide the back panels (9) into the grooves and secure them with the back panel connector (10).
Step 7: Attach Top Panel
Attach the top panel (2) to the assembled structure using cam locks (B) and dowels (C).
Step 8: Attach Doors
Attach the door panels (11) using hinges (H) and screws (I and D). Ensure the hinges are installed correctly to prevent the door from falling off.
Step 9: Install Door Handles
Attach the door handles (J) to the doors.
Step 10: Secure to Wall (Anti-tip)
Use the anti-tip strap (K) and screws (G) to secure the cabinet to the wall for safety. Follow the provided diagram for proper installation.
Door Adjustment
If your doors are not aligned or have uneven gaps, follow these steps for adjustment:
Step 1: Open the Door
Open the door to access the hinges.
Step 2: Align Door Panel
Adjust the door panel so it is flush with the side panel and top panel edge. Loosen the indicated screw slightly, adjust the hinge to the correct position, and then tighten the screw.
Step 3: Adjust Gaps
Loosen or tighten the indicated screw slightly to adjust the gap between the door panel and the side panel. Ensure the hinge is in the correct position.
Step 2a: Move Door Out
Pull the hinge forward slightly.
Step 3a: Move Door Left
Turn the screw clockwise slightly to reduce the gap.
Step 2b: Move Door Inside
Pull the hinge back slightly.
Step 3b: Move Door Right
Turn the screw counterclockwise slightly to increase the gap.
Important Safety Warning
Do not press hard on the edge of the cabinet.
