User Manual
Introduction and Setup
Before using the cosmetic chair, please read this manual and follow these steps:
- Ensure all packaging materials have been removed.
- Verify the chair is in operational condition.
- Place the electric cosmetic chair in the intended location for use.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical socket.
Note: This appliance must not be used by children or inexperienced persons. Children must be supervised and must not play near the cosmetic chair.
Device Dimensions and Specifications

Using the Device
The chair is adjustable using the remote control, which allows for setting the chair's position. Each leg rest is independently adjustable, facilitating pedicure procedures in the correct posture. Connect the power cable to an external power source (110 V ~ 240 V).
Installation
Headrest Installation
To install the headrest, slide it into the designated slot at the top of the backrest. Once the headrest is positioned at the correct height, tighten the knob to secure it firmly. To lower the headrest, slightly loosen the knob, lower the headrest, and then retighten the knob.
Armrest Installation
Slide the armrest into the opening on the side of the backrest. The armrest should be securely fastened. Rotate it to the right or left to ensure it fits correctly into the seat.
Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows for precise adjustments:
- Press the button [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] to raise or lower the seat.
- Press the button [backrest-up] or [backrest-down] to adjust the backrest angle.
- Press the button [footrest-up] or [footrest-down] to adjust the footrest angle.
The remote also includes memory preset buttons (P1, P2) for saving preferred positions.
Leg Rest Adjustment
Each leg rest is independently adjustable using a lever located underneath it. Pull the lever to raise or lower the leg rest.
Footrest Extension: Loosen the knob on the underside of the leg rest, extend it to the desired length, and then retighten the knob.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Before cleaning, disconnect the device from the electrical mains.
To maintain the chair's surface in good condition, clean it regularly. Clean and disinfect the chair after each use. Thorough disinfection is recommended monthly.
I. Metal and Plastic Surfaces
To clean metal and plastic surfaces and controls, wipe them with a damp cloth. A small brush is useful for cleaning hard-to-reach areas or corners. Do not use excessive liquid on the appliance. Then, disinfect the appliance with a suitable liquid.
II. Stainless Steel Surfaces
Cleaning with a mild detergent solution is best. Ammonia and most solvents can be used to remove stubborn stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
III. Lacquered or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces
- Do not use water jets (showers, high-pressure water cannons) for cleaning.
- Do not clean at high temperatures and high humidity, and do not expose the appliance to conditions that could lead to liquid contamination.
- Do not use solvents or acids for cleaning.
IV. Chair Surface
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special leather cleaner, then wipe with a clean, soft cloth.
Maintenance
Before performing maintenance, the appliance must be disconnected from the electrical mains.
- Repairs should only be performed by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel. Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel may cause injury or damage to the appliance, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the electric cosmetic chair or accessories if they are not functioning correctly. All maintenance and repair work must be documented.

Safety Precautions
- This device is professional equipment intended for use in cosmetic salons. Operation by qualified cosmetic personnel will prevent undesirable consequences during treatment.
- The appliance must not be disassembled, nor should attempts be made to use it for purposes other than those stated in this user manual. All service operations and repairs must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.).
- Do not install or use the device near liquids, in wet areas, or with wet hands to prevent liquids from entering the device.
- In the following cases, immediately disconnect the appliance from the socket and contact the authorized service provided by ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o:
- a) liquid has entered the appliance,
- b) the appliance emits an unusual odor, smoke, or strange noises,
- c) the power cord has been damaged,
- d) the appliance has been tipped over or its casing damaged.
- Do not place any objects on the cords. Do not install the appliance in places where someone might step on the power cord.
- For safety reasons, unplug the power cord from the socket whenever you finish working with the appliance.
- Do not insert anything into the appliance's openings. If a foreign object enters an opening, unplug the cord and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on an unstable trolley, shelf, or vehicle. The unit may be damaged if it falls.
- To ensure the appliance's durability, it is recommended to observe a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off, and vice versa).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications indicated on the type label. Failure to do so poses a risk of malfunction, damage, or even burnout of the appliance.
Caution
- In case of damage to the power cord or other faults, contact an authorized service center to prevent danger.
- This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical and mental capabilities, and insufficient experience and knowledge of the device, provided that supervision or instruction on the safe use of the device is ensured, so that the associated risks are understood.
- The appliance is not intended for children's play. Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when children or persons without adequate knowledge of its use are nearby.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use or contact with the electrical appliance can pose a risk to health or lead to death, so the appliance should be used and stored out of reach of children.
Disposal of the Appliance
Dispose of used electrical appliances, accessories, and packaging at recycling centers in accordance with environmental protection regulations. Electrical appliances should not be disposed of in household waste bins. Follow the regulations for the disposal of this type of equipment. For environmental protection, in accordance with Directive 2012/19/ES on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical equipment must be collected separately and handed over to the following collection points:

Storage and Transport
The device should be transported at temperatures from (-) 20 °C to (+) 50 °C only in its original packaging. The device should be stored in a well-ventilated area with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Operating temperature is from (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport processes, the device must not be thrown or dropped, and must not be exposed to mechanical impacts or atmospheric influences.
