Introduction and Setup
Before using the cosmetic chair, read the manual and follow these steps:
- Ensure all packaging materials have been removed.
- Verify the chair is in operational condition.
- Place the cosmetic chair in the intended location.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable socket.
Note! This appliance must not be used by children or inexperienced persons. Children must be supervised and must not play near the cosmetic chair.

Appliance Construction
The chair consists of the following main components:

Important Notes
- The footrest is not designed to support the full weight of an adult.
- Do not sit directly on the armrests or footrest.
- Ensure the distance between sockets does not exceed 2 meters.
Power and Safety Precautions
- For safety reasons, always plug the power cord into an earthed socket.
- Do not connect the power cord to the unit itself. Pulling or dragging the power cord can damage it. Ensure the power cord can be easily disconnected in an emergency.
- Before moving the electric cosmetic chair, disconnect the power cord to prevent it from getting caught between parts of the chair.
- If the power cord is damaged, disconnect it immediately, do not use the chair, and contact an authorized service center. Use only the original power cord.
- Do not place objects under the chair.
- Ensure there is sufficient free space around the seat for it to recline and extend freely.
- Ensure there are no sharp or harmful objects around the seat that could damage the device.
- Do not modify the unit yourself. If the chair malfunctions, stop using it and contact an authorized service center.
- Do not allow persons not performing the treatment to operate the remote control.
Remote Control Functions
The remote control operates the chair's functions:

- Automatic Mode: Press to activate.
- Automatic Mode (7-9): Allows setting and saving height, seat, backrest, and footrest positions. Adjust the seat position as needed, then press and hold the SET button until the blue indicator lights up, then press P1 to save the settings. Buttons P1, P2, P3 (7-9) allow you to save 3 different settings.
- Lights On/Off
- Light Brightness Adjustment
- Backrest Air Massage: Press to activate, press again to deactivate.
- Backrest Air Pump
- Heating Function: Press to activate, press again to deactivate.
- Heat Function: Press to activate.
Foot Control Functions
The appliance is equipped with 4 foot control pedals, each responsible for a different function:
- Height Adjustment: Press pedal 1 for seat height adjustment.
- Backrest Adjustment: Press pedal 2 for backrest position adjustment.
- Seat Adjustment: Press pedal 3 for seat position and tilt adjustment.
- Footrest Adjustment: Press pedal 4 for footrest position adjustment.
Footrest Extension: The chair also allows for extending the footrest, which facilitates treatments for taller individuals and increases comfort. The footrest is adjusted using a knob on the underside of the footrest. Unscrewing the knob extends the footrest.
Installation
Armrest Installation:
Slide the armrest into the opening on the side of the backrest. The armrest should be firmly attached. Rotate it right or left to ensure it slides into place correctly. Do the same for the other armrest. The armrest is perpendicular to the ground (regardless of the seat angle). It can be rotated 180°.
Headrest Installation:
Slide the headrest into the opening at the top of the seat backrest. When the headrest is at the correct height, tighten the knob on the back to secure the headrest. To lower or extend the headrest, unscrew the knob, adjust the headrest, and retighten the knob.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Before cleaning, disconnect the unit from the electrical supply.
To maintain the seat surface in good condition, it must be cleaned regularly. After each use, remember to clean and disinfect the chair. Thorough disinfection is recommended once a month.
I. Metal and Plastic Surfaces
Clean metal and plastic surfaces and controls with a damp cloth. A small brush is useful for cleaning hard-to-reach areas or corners. Do not use too much liquid for cleaning the appliance. Then disinfect the appliance with a suitable liquid.
II. Stainless Steel Surfaces
Cleaning with a mild detergent solution works best. Ammonia and most solvents can be used to remove stubborn stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
III. Lacquered or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces
- Do not use water jets (showers, high-pressure water cannons) for cleaning.
- Do not clean the unit at high temperatures and high humidity, and do not expose it to conditions that could lead to liquid contamination.
- Do not use solvents or acids for cleaning.
IV. Chair Surface
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special leather cleaning agent, then wipe it with a clean, soft cloth.
Maintenance
Before maintenance, disconnect the device from the electrical network.
- Repairs should be performed by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel. Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel may cause injury or damage to the device, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- If the electric cosmetic chair or accessories malfunction, do not use it.
- All maintenance and repair work must be documented.
Maintenance Measures
Check the controls and their connections weekly. At least every six months, check the condition and functionality of the following items:
- Power cord and its fastening
- Motor connection
- Control box and its connection
- Accessory connection
- Normal operation of the locking system
If you detect any defects, stop using the device and contact an authorized service center. The drive/control unit may only be opened or replaced by experienced or authorized personnel. If any part of the device is damaged, disconnect the power cord and stop using it. Then inform the service department.

Safety Precautions
The device is professional equipment intended for use in cosmetic salons. Operation by qualified cosmetic personnel will prevent undesirable consequences during treatment.
- The device must not be disassembled or attempted to be used for purposes other than those stated in this manual. All service operations and repairs must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP s.r.o.).
- Do not install or use the device near liquids, in wet places, or with wet hands to prevent liquids from entering the device.
- In the following cases, immediately unplug the device and contact the authorized service provided by ACTIVESHOP Ltd: (a) liquid has entered the appliance, (b) the appliance emits an unusual smell, smoke, or strange noises, (c) the power cord is damaged, (d) the appliance has tipped over or its casing is damaged.
- Do not place objects on the cables. Do not install the appliance in places where someone might step on the power cord.
- For safety reasons, always unplug the power cord from the socket when you finish working with the unit.
- Do not insert anything into the appliance openings. If a foreign object gets into an opening, unplug the cable and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the appliance on an unstable trolley, shelf, or vehicle. The appliance may be damaged if it falls.
- To ensure the appliance's durability, it is recommended to observe a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again (between turning on and off and vice versa).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk of malfunction, damage, or even fire of the appliance.
CAUTION:
- In case of damage to the power cord or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to prevent any danger.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical and mental capabilities, and lack of experience and knowledge of the device, if supervision or instruction on safe use is provided, so that the associated risks are understood.
- The device is not intended for children to play with. Do not allow children to play with the device.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when children or persons unfamiliar with its use are nearby.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use or contact with the electrical appliance can pose a health risk or lead to death, so the appliance should be used and stored out of reach of children.
Appliance Disposal
Dispose of used electrical appliances, accessories, and packaging at recycling centers in accordance with environmental protection principles. Electrical appliances should not be disposed of in household waste bins. Follow the regulations for the disposal of this type of equipment. In order to protect the environment in accordance with Directive 2012/19/ES on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical equipment must be collected separately and handed over to the following collection points for the collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Old appliances at the end of their service life contain fully recyclable components and should therefore be handed over for reprocessing. Therefore, they should be handed over to the appropriate collection points, as well as to ACTIVESHOP s.r.o.
Storage and Transport
The appliance should be transported at temperatures from (-) 20 °C to (+) 50 °C only in its original packaging. Store the appliance in a well-ventilated area with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Operating temperature from (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport processes, the device must not be thrown or dropped, and must not be exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric influences.
