Introduction and Initial Setup
Before using the cosmetic chair, read the user manual and follow these steps:
- Ensure all packaging materials have been removed.
- Verify the chair is operational.
- Place the cosmetic chair in the intended location.
- Plug the power connector into a suitable socket.
Note: This device cannot be used by children or inexperienced persons. Children must be supervised, and should not play near the cosmetic chair.
Device Dimensions
The chair in a reclined position measures 2.3 meters in length. Its height is adjustable between 56 cm and 76 cm, making it perfectly suitable for treating taller individuals.

Warnings and Precautions
Warnings
- The footrest is not designed to bear the full weight of an adult.
- Do not sit directly on the armrests or footrest.
- Do not lift more weight than the seat can support.
- Ensure the distance between power outlets does not exceed 2 meters.
Caution
- For safety reasons, always connect the power cable to a grounded socket.
- Do not tie the power cable to the device. Lifting or pulling the power cable can damage it. Ensure the power cable can be easily removed in an emergency.
- Before moving the electric beauty chair, unplug the power cable to prevent it from getting caught in any part of the chair.
- If the power cable is damaged, immediately unplug it, do not use the chair, and contact an authorized service center. Use only the original power cable.
- Do not allow persons not performing the treatment to operate the remote control.
- Do not place any objects under the chair.
- Ensure there is sufficient free space around the chair for it to be folded and unfolded freely.
- Ensure there are no sharp or dangerous objects around the chair that could damage the device.
- Do not modify the device yourself. If the chair malfunctions, discontinue use and contact an authorized service center.
Device Functions
Headrest
The chair features an extendable headrest to accommodate users of different heights. The headrest can be extended by up to 9 cm. To extend the headrest, grip it on both sides and pull upwards.
Manual Control Functions
The chair offers manual control for backrest angle (0-70°) and legrest angle (0-30°).
Control panel icons represent the following functions: [Backrest Up], [Backrest Down], [Seat Up], [Seat Down], [Legrest Up], [Legrest Down].
Armrest Installation
Before installing the armrests, place the seat in a horizontal position. Slide the armrest into the hole located on the side of the backrest. The armrest must be firmly secured. Turn it right or left to position it correctly. Repeat for the other armrest. The armrest should be perpendicular to the ground (regardless of the seat angle). It can be rotated 180°.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Before cleaning, unplug the device from the mains.
To maintain the chair's surface in good condition, clean it regularly. Remember to clean and disinfect the chair after each use. It is recommended to perform thorough disinfection once a month.
Surface Cleaning Guidelines
I. Metal and Plastic Surfaces
Wipe metal and plastic surfaces and controls with a damp cloth. For hard-to-reach areas or corners, a small brush can be useful. Do not use excessive liquid for cleaning the device. Then, disinfect the device with appropriate liquids.
II. Stainless Steel Surfaces
Cleaning with a mild detergent solution is best. Ammonia and most solvents can be used to remove stubborn stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
III. Painted or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces
- Do not use water jets (shower, high-pressure water jet) for cleaning.
- Do not clean at high temperatures and high humidity, and do not expose the device to conditions that could lead to liquid contamination.
- Do not use solvents or acids for cleaning.
IV. Chair Surface (Upholstery)
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special leather cleaner, then wipe with a clean, soft cloth.
Maintenance
The device must be disconnected from the electrical network before maintenance.
- Repairs must be carried out by experienced and authorized personnel from the manufacturer. Unauthorized repairs may cause injury or damage to the device, for which the manufacturer is not liable.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the electric cosmetic chair or accessories if they are not functioning properly.
- All maintenance and repair work must be documented.
Maintenance Measures
Check the controls and their wiring weekly. Every six months, check the condition and operation of the following items at least once:
- Power cable and its fastening.
- Motor wiring.
- Control box and cabling.
- Fastening of accessories.
- Normal operation of the locking system.
If any fault is found, stop using the equipment and contact an authorized service. The operator/control unit can only be opened or replaced by experienced or authorized personnel.
If any part of the equipment is damaged, unplug the power cable and stop using it. Then notify the service department.

Safety Instructions
- The device is professional equipment for cosmetic procedures. Using the device exclusively by qualified cosmetic personnel avoids undesirable effects during treatment.
- The device must not be disassembled, nor should attempts be made to use it for purposes other than those specified in this user manual. All servicing and repairs must be carried out exclusively by authorized service technicians (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o. company).
- The device must not be installed or operated near liquids, in damp locations, or with wet hands – ensuring liquids do not enter the device.
- In the following cases, immediately unplug the device from the socket and contact the official service provided by ACTIVESHOP Ltd.: (a) liquid has entered the device, (b) the device emits a strange smell, smoke, or unusual sounds, (c) the power cable is damaged, (d) the device has tipped over or its housing is damaged.
- Do not place any objects on the cables. Do not place the device in a location where someone might step on the power cable.
- For safety reasons, unplug the power cable from the socket every time you finish working with the device.
- Do not insert anything into the device's openings. If an foreign object enters an opening, unplug the cable from the socket and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on an unstable trolley, shelf, or vehicle. The device may be damaged if it falls.
- To ensure the device's constant lifespan, it is recommended to wait one minute between pressing the power button again (between switching on and off, and vice versa).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications listed on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk of device malfunction, damage, or even burnout.
IMPORTANT!
- In case of power cable or other malfunction, contact an authorized service center to avoid danger.
- This device can be used by children aged 8 and above, as well as persons with reduced physical and mental capabilities, and persons inexperienced or lacking knowledge about the device, provided they are supervised or instructed on the safe use of the device, so that they understand the associated risks.
- The device is not intended for children to play with. Do not allow children to play with the device.
- Do not leave the device unattended if children or persons with insufficient knowledge of the device's use are nearby.
- This electrical device is not a toy. Improper use of the electrical device or contact with the electrical device can pose health risks or lead to death, therefore the device must be used and stored in a location inaccessible to children.
Device Disposal
Used electrical devices, accessories, and packaging must be disposed of at recycling centers in accordance with environmental principles. Electrical devices must not be thrown into household waste bins. Comply with regulations regarding the disposal of such equipment. For environmental protection, in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical equipment must be collected separately and handed over at the following collection points:
Collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment. Old devices contain fully recyclable components at the end of their service life, so they should be handed over for recycling. Therefore, they should be taken to appropriate collection points, as well as ACTIVESHOP Ltd.
Storage and Transport
The device should only be transported in its original packaging, at temperatures between (-) 20 °C and (+) 50 °C. Store the device in a well-ventilated area, with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Operating temperature is between (+) 10 °C and (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport, the device must not be dropped, thrown, or exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric effects.
