Before Using the Cosmetic Chair
Before using the cosmetic chair, read the user manual and perform the following actions:
- Ensure all packaging materials have been removed.
- Ensure the chair is in working order.
- Place the cosmetic chair in the location where it will be used.
- Connect the power plug to a suitable socket.
Note: Children and inexperienced persons must not use this device. Supervision of children is required, and they must not play near the cosmetic chair.
Device Dimensions and Specifications
Diagrams show the chair's dimensions and specifications:
Dimensions:
- Top view: Overall length 1900 mm, width 880 mm. Seat width 620 mm, armrest width 390 mm, headrest width 295 mm.
- Side view: Overall height 910 mm (lowest position), 590 mm (lowest seat height).
- Angled view: Shows tilt angles for backrest (up to 95 degrees) and seat.
Maximum load capacity of the chair: 140kg

Device Operation
This allows adjustment of seat height, backrest and footrest angles, and setting the seat to a reclining position.
1. Connect the power cord to an external power source (110V~240V).
Headrest Installation
To install the headrest, slide it into the appropriate slot on the upper part of the backrest. Once the headrest is positioned at the correct height, tighten the knob to secure it. To lower the headrest, slightly loosen the knob, lower the headrest, and then tighten the knob.
Armrest Installation
Slide the armrest into the hole on the side of the backrest. The armrest must be securely fastened. Turn it clockwise or counterclockwise to ensure it is properly seated.
Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows for various adjustments:
- Press [Up Arrow] to raise the seat or [Down Arrow] to lower the seat.
- Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] to adjust the backrest angle.
- Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] to adjust the seat angle.
- Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] to adjust the footrest angle.
Adjusting Seat Height
Press [Up Arrow] to raise the seat (from a reclined position). Pressing the knob allows the seat to be lowered.
Adjusting Backrest
Press [Up Arrow] to move the backrest to an upright position or raise it, or press [Down Arrow] to lower the backrest (e.g., to a reclined position).
Adjusting Seat Angle
Press [Up Arrow] or [Down Arrow] to adjust the seat's tilt angle.
Adjusting Footrest
Press [Button] to position the footrest horizontally (or raise it), or [Button] for lowering the footrest.
Footrest Adjustment (Length)
Loosen the knob at the bottom of the footrest and extend it to the correct length, then tighten the knob.
Cleaning and Disinfection
Before cleaning, disconnect the device from the power supply.
To keep the chair's surface in good condition, it must be cleaned regularly. Do not forget to clean and disinfect the chair after each use. Thorough disinfection once a month is recommended.
Metal and Plastic Surfaces
For cleaning metal and plastic surfaces and control elements, wipe them with a damp cloth. A small brush is suitable for cleaning hard-to-reach areas or corners. Do not use too much liquid when cleaning the device. Then, disinfect the device with a suitable liquid.
Stainless Steel Surfaces
Cleaning with a mild detergent solution works best. To remove stubborn stains, ammonia and most solvents can be used. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
Painted or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces
Do not use water sprayers (showers, high-pressure washers) for cleaning.
Do not clean under high temperature and high humidity conditions, and do not expose the device to conditions that may cause liquid contamination.
Do not use solvents or acids for cleaning.
Chair Surface (Upholstery)
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special upholstery cleaner and then wipe it with a clean soft cloth.
Maintenance
The device must be disconnected from the power supply before maintenance work.
- Repairs must be carried out by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel. Repairs performed by unauthorized persons may cause damage or injury to the device, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the electric cosmetic chair or accessories if they are not working properly. All maintenance and repair work must be documented.
Troubleshooting

Safety Precautions
1. The device is a professional device intended for use in cosmetic procedures. Use of the device only by qualified cosmetologists avoids undesirable consequences during treatment.
2. Do not disassemble or attempt to use the device for purposes other than those specified in this user manual. All maintenance and repair work must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.).
3. Do not install or use the device near liquids, in wet places, or with wet hands – to prevent liquid from entering the device.
4. In the following cases, immediately unplug the device from the socket and contact the authorized service provided by ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.:
- a) liquid has entered the device,
- b) the device emits a strange smell, smoke, or makes strange noise,
- c) the power cord is damaged,
- d) the device has fallen over or its casing is damaged.
5. Do not place objects on the cords. Do not place the device in a location where someone might step on the power cord.
6. For safety reasons, unplug the power cord from the socket each time you finish working with the device.
7. Do not insert anything into the device openings. If foreign matter enters an opening, unplug the cord and contact the dealer or manufacturer.
8. Do not place the device on an unstable trolley, shelf, or vehicle. The device may be damaged if it falls.
9. To ensure the device's longevity, it is recommended to wait one minute between turning the power button on and off (and vice versa).
10. The power supply must meet the specifications on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk that the device will not work properly, will be damaged, or even catch fire.
CAUTION:
1. In case of damage to the power cord or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to avoid any danger.
2. This device can be used by children aged 8 and over, and by persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they receive supervision or instructions for safe use of the device and understand the associated hazards.
3. Devices are not intended for children to play with. Do not allow children to play with the device.
4. Do not leave the device unattended if children or persons unfamiliar with its use are nearby.
5. This electrical device is not a toy. Improper use or contact with the electrical device can pose a health risk or cause death, therefore the device must be used and stored out of reach of children.
Device Disposal
Dispose of used electrical equipment, lighting, and packaging at recycling centers in accordance with environmental protection regulations. Electrical equipment must not be disposed of in household waste bins. Follow the regulations for disposing of this type of equipment. To protect the environment, in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical equipment must be collected separately and handed over to designated collection points for used electrical and electronic equipment. Discarded and old equipment contains fully recyclable components and must therefore be handed over to the following institutions for reprocessing. Therefore, they must be handed over to appropriate collection points and also to ACTIVESHOP Ltd.
Storage and Transport
The device must be transported at a temperature of (-) 20 °C to (+) 50 °C only in its original packaging. Store the device in a well-ventilated room with relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Operating temperature is (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport, the device must not be dropped or thrown, and must not be exposed to mechanical shocks or adverse weather conditions.
