Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Feet
Screw 8 adjustable feet (Parts 114947, 115988) into the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the two main base panels. ⚙️
Step 2: Connect Base and Side Panels
Insert dowels into the base panels. Attach the side panels to the base panels using the dowels and cam lock screws (e.g., Part 130618) and cam locks (e.g., Part 113287). ?
Step 3: Insert Vertical Dividers
Insert the vertical divider panels into the slots on the base panels. ➡️
Step 4: Attach Back Panels and Initial Securing
Slide the back panels into the grooves on the side and base panels. Secure the side panels to the base using cam lock screws (e.g., Part 130619) and cam locks (e.g., Part 118137). ?
Step 5: Attach Shelf Supports
Attach shelf supports (e.g., Part 115444, 115443) to the inside of the side panels using screws (e.g., Part 109049). ?
Step 6: Insert Internal Dividers
Insert the remaining internal divider panels into their designated slots. ➡️
Step 7: Secure Internal Dividers
Secure the internal divider panels using cam lock screws (e.g., Parts 130619, 130722) and cam locks (e.g., Parts 118137, 122971). ?
Step 8: Attach Back Panels
Slide the back panels into the grooves of the assembled frame. ➡️
Step 9: Place Top Panel
Carefully place the top panel onto the assembled unit, aligning it with the side and divider panels. ⬆️
Step 10: Secure Top Panel
Secure the top panel using cam lock screws (e.g., Parts 130619, 130722) and cam locks (e.g., Parts 118137, 122971). ?
Step 11: Attach Sliding Mechanisms (Part 1)
Attach the first part of the sliding mechanism (e.g., Part 113287) to the inside of the unit using screws (e.g., Part 144342). ➡️
Step 12: Attach Sliding Mechanisms (Part 2)
Attach the corresponding part of the sliding mechanism (e.g., Part 113287) to the top panel or shelf. ➡️
Step 13: Install Shelf Supports
Insert shelf supports (e.g., Part 109049) into the pre-drilled holes on the interior of the unit. ?
Step 14: Cable Management
Route cables through the designated openings at the back of the unit. ?
Step 15: Secure Cables
Use the provided cable management clips (e.g., Part 144351) to secure the cables neatly. ?
Step 16: Adjust Feet Height
Adjust the height of the unit by turning the adjustable feet (4x) at the bottom. ⚙️
Step 17: Final Height Adjustment
Make final adjustments to the unit's height using the remaining adjustable feet (4x) to ensure it is level. ⚖️
Step 18: Attach Wall Mounting Brackets
Attach the wall mounting plates (Part 103693) to the top rear of the unit using screws (2x). Then attach the wall mounting brackets (e.g., Part 144342) to these plates. ?
Step 19: Insert Shelves
Place the shelves (6x) onto the installed shelf supports. ?
