Read and follow each step of the instructions carefully.
Tools and Preparation ?️
Required tools:
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- Spirit level
Assembly may require two people. Ensure you have a clear, flat workspace.
Assembly Steps
1 Attach Feet
Place the two main base panels on a soft surface. Attach 8 feet (part numbers: 114947, 115988) to the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the base panels. Each panel receives 4 feet. Screw them in securely.
2 Assemble Base Structure
Join the two base panels together. Insert dowels into the corresponding holes and then secure the panels using screws (part number: 130618). Ensure the panels are flush and form a stable base.
3 Attach Side Brackets
Attach the L-shaped side support brackets (part number: 144342) to the outer sides of the assembled base structure. Use two screws (part number: 113287) for each bracket. Ensure they are oriented correctly, with the larger hole facing upwards.
4 Attach Vertical Dividers
Insert the vertical divider panels into their designated slots on the base. Secure them from the underside using screws (part number: 130618).
5 Install Shelf Supports
Install the shelf support mechanisms into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the vertical dividers. There are two types of mechanisms shown:
- Set 1: Part numbers 118137, 122971, 141028, 130725, 119253 (4x used in this step).
- Set 2: Part numbers 130619, 130722, 141027, 130723, 130620 (4x used in this step).
Ensure they are fully seated and oriented correctly.
6 Attach Back Panels
Position the back panels. Attach them to the rear of the unit using screws (part number: 113287). Ensure the panels are aligned correctly and flush with the edges.
7 Insert Internal Dividers
Slide the internal divider panels into place between the vertical dividers. They should fit snugly into the grooves or slots.
8 Install Drawer/Door Runner Mechanisms
Attach the drawer or door runner mechanisms to the sides of the unit. Use the parts with numbers 130619, 130722, 141027, 130723, 130620 (4x used here). These will guide the doors or drawers. The diagram shows a cam lock system being used.
9 Attach Top Panels
Place the top panels onto the assembled structure. Secure them from the underside using screws (part number: 130618).
10 Attach Top Trim/Edge Pieces
Attach the decorative top trim pieces. Use screws (part number: 109049) to secure the pieces with part numbers 144567, 144568, 144569, 144570, 144571, 10093069 (1x each). Also, attach other trim pieces with part numbers 133203, 133204, 133205, 133207, 133206, 10093227 (1x each).
11 Install Shelves
Place the shelves onto the installed shelf supports. Ensure they are level and secure.
12 Attach Back Support Rails
Attach the back support rails (part numbers: 144348, 144349, 144350) to the rear of the unit. Use the provided fixings.
13 Insert Cable Management Covers
Insert the cable management covers into the designated openings on the back of the unit. They slide into place.
14 Cable Routing
Route cables through the back of the unit and through the cable management channels. Connect any necessary devices.
15 Secure Cable Clips
Attach the cable clips (part number: 133209, 133210, 133212, 133211, 133208, 10093085) to secure cables. A "Click!" sound indicates proper attachment.
16 Leveling
Adjust the feet (part numbers: 114947, 115988) to ensure the TV bench is level on the floor. Use a spirit level for accuracy. The diagram shows arrows indicating adjustment up or down.
17 Wall Mounting Preparation
Prepare for wall mounting. Attach the wall mounting brackets (part number: 103693) to the back of the unit using screws (part numbers: 144343, 144344, 144345, 144346, 144347). Ensure the unit is positioned correctly against the wall.
18 Wall Mounting
Secure the unit to the wall using appropriate wall fixings (not included). Follow the measurements provided for correct placement: 43 mm (1 11/16") from side edges, 80 mm (3 1/8") from top/bottom edges of the mounting area, with 600 mm (23 5/8") and 514 mm (20 1/4") spacing between mounting points on the wall. The diagram shows using a spirit level and marking points.
19 Install Doors/Drawers and Shelves
Attach the doors or drawer fronts to the runner mechanisms. Adjust hinges or runners for proper alignment and smooth operation. Install any remaining shelves. This step involves attaching parts like 115444 and 115443 using screws (part number: 116637).
