Assembly Steps
- Step 1: Attach 8 feet (114947, 115988) to the bottom panel using 8 screws (109049).
- Step 2: Insert 16 dowels (130618) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels and the bottom/top panels.
- Step 3: Connect the side panels to the bottom panel by aligning the dowels.
- Step 4: Insert 4 cam bolts (122971) into the side panels and secure them with 4 cam locks (118137) in the back panel support.
- Step 5: Attach 2 wall mounting brackets (144342) to the top rear edge of the unit using screws (109049).
- Step 6: Insert 8 shelf supports (e.g., 130619) into the desired pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the unit.
- Step 7: Insert 4 cam bolts (e.g., 130618) into the top panel and secure them with 4 cam locks (118137) in the side panels.
- Step 8: Carefully slide the back panels into the grooves on the back of the unit.
- Step 9: Place and attach the top panel onto the assembled structure, ensuring it aligns with the side panels and back.
- Step 10: Insert 4 shelf supports (e.g., 130619) and place 4 shelves (e.g., 113287) onto them.
- Step 11: Attach the front edge pieces (e.g., 144351) to the front edges of the unit.
- Step 12: Attach the front corner pieces (e.g., 144343) to the front corners of the unit.
- Step 13: Attach the wall brackets (103693) to the unit using the provided screws (e.g., 133203, 144567).
- Step 14: Route any cables for electronics through the designated openings at the back of the unit.
- Step 15: Secure cables using the provided clips (e.g., 133209).
- Step 16: Level the unit by adjusting the feet (8x) using the Allen key (100006). Turn clockwise to raise, counter-clockwise to lower.
- Step 17: Make final adjustments to the feet (4x) to ensure the unit is stable and level.
- Step 18: Secure the unit to the wall. First, attach the wall mounting hardware to the wall using appropriate screws and plugs (not included, select based on your wall type). Then, attach the unit to the wall hardware. ? [Wall mounting required for safety]
- Step 19: Insert the remaining 6 shelves and secure them with the 12 brackets (e.g., 115444, 115443).
