Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Feet
Attach the 8 leveling feet (parts 114947, 115988) to the underside of the two base panels. Ensure they are screwed in securely.
Step 2: Connect Base and Side Panels
Insert dowels into the designated holes on the base panels. Align the side panels with the base panels and secure them using screws (e.g., part 130618) and cam locks (if applicable, as indicated by diagrams showing rotation).
Step 3: Attach Brackets
Attach a bracket (part 144342) to the side of a panel using screws (part 113287).
Step 4: Insert Back Panels
Slide the back panels into the grooves on the rear of the assembled frame.
Step 5: Continue Panel Assembly
Connect further panels, likely the internal dividers, using the provided hardware. Diagrams show insertion of panels and securing with screws/dowels.
Step 6: Attach More Brackets
Attach additional brackets (e.g., part 115444, 115443) to the side panels using screws.
Step 7: Insert Vertical Dividers
Place the vertical dividers into their designated slots within the frame.
Step 8: Further Panel Connections
Continue connecting structural panels, potentially the top or bottom sections, using screws and dowels.
Step 9: Insert Remaining Dividers
Insert the remaining vertical dividers into the unit.
Step 10: Attach Top Panel
Place the top panel onto the assembled unit and secure it, likely with screws or cam locks.
Step 11: Secure Internal Components
Fasten any internal shelf supports or components using the provided hardware.
Step 12: Attach Sliding Mechanism/Support
Attach the first part of a sliding mechanism or support rail to the unit using screws (e.g., parts 144348, 144349, 144350).
Step 13: Secure Sliding Component
Secure another part of the sliding mechanism or support, ensuring it moves smoothly.
Step 14: Attach Metal Brackets
Attach metal brackets (e.g., part 109049) to the unit using screws (e.g., part 133203 series and 144567 series).
Step 15: Cable Management
Route cables through the designated openings and channels in the unit.
Step 16: Secure Cable Clips
Attach cable management clips (e.g., part 103693) to secure the cables.
Step 17: Prepare for Wall Mounting
Attach the wall mounting brackets (part 103693) to the rear of the assembled TV bench using screws.
Step 18: Adjust Leveling Feet
Adjust the leveling feet (part 100006) to ensure the unit is stable and level on the floor.
Step 19: Mark Wall for Mounting
Measure and mark the wall at the desired height for mounting. The diagrams show specific measurements (e.g., 43mm, 80mm, 514mm, 600mm) for bracket placement.
Step 20: Attach Wall Brackets to Wall
Securely attach the wall brackets to the wall using appropriate screws and wall plugs (not included). Ensure they are level and firmly fixed.
Step 21: Mount Unit to Wall
Lift the assembled TV bench and align the brackets on the unit with the brackets on the wall. Secure the unit by sliding or clicking the components together, as shown in the diagrams.
Step 22: Final Wall Attachment
Ensure all wall attachment points are securely fastened. The diagrams show final connections and checks.
Step 23: Final Shelf Placement
Place any internal shelves into the unit.
