IKEA "Last Pieces" Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: 01.07. – 31.08.2025
1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Last Pieces".
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn. The company has a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, is registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
2. Promotion Conditions
2.1. Promotion Duration: 01.07 – 31.08.2025 or while promotional stock lasts.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Poznań, ul. Szwedzka 10, 61-285 Poznań.
2.3. Promotion Scope: Applies to purchases made at the IKEA Poznań stationary store.
2.4. Exclusions: Does not apply to orders processed based on the Distance Service Agreement.
2.5. Eligibility: Open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality but possessing legal capacity granted by law.
2.6. Target Audience: Retail customers. Applies to purchases of IKEA products in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. Not applicable to IKEA products intended for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
3. Detailed Promotion Conditions
3.1. Offer: Opportunity to purchase selected items at a reduced price. A list of promotional items and discount amounts is provided in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations, subject to point 3.2.
3.2. Excluded Items: Items listed in Appendix No. 1 that were purchased from the "Occasions on the Go" section, as well as custom-ordered items, are not included in the promotion.
3.3. Multiple Participation: Customers can participate in the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
3.4. Returns: Returning products purchased under the promotion signifies withdrawal from the promotion. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion constitutes confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted via:
- IKEA chat available on the IKEA Contact page.
- In person at the IKEA Poznań Customer Service Department (written form).
- By mail to the IKEA Poznań Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply based on operator tariffs).
- Via the complaint form available on the IKEA Complaints page.
- Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.
4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Written Complaint Requirements: A written complaint must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the issue.
4.5. Regulations Availability: The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Poznań store's Customer Service Department and on the website ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Consumer Rights: For consumers and individuals whose business-related contract does not have a professional character, IKEA is liable for non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract under the provisions of Article 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other Customers, IKEA is liable for product defects under the provisions of Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Validity: These Regulations are effective from 01.07.2025.
