Promotion Period: July 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025, or while promotional stock lasts.
General Provisions
The organizer of this promotion is IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company is registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
Promotion Conditions
- Eligibility: The promotion is valid for purchases made at the IKEA Wrocław physical store, located at ul. Czekoladowa 5, 55-040 Bielany Wrocławskie.
- Exclusions: This promotion does not apply to orders processed based on the Distance Services Provision Regulations.
- Participants: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity granted by law.
- Customer Type: The promotion is intended for retail customers and applies to purchases of IKEA products in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. Reselling IKEA products is not permitted. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
Detailed Promotion Terms
- The promotion allows customers to purchase selected items at a reduced price. The list of promotional items and discount amounts are detailed in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations, subject to point 3.2.
- Items purchased from the "Occasion for Occasion" section or custom-ordered items are excluded from this promotion.
- Customers can participate in the promotion multiple times during its duration.
- Returning products purchased under this promotion means forfeiting participation in the promotion. The refund value will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
Additional Provisions
- Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.
- Any complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be filed via IKEA's chat service (available on the IKEA website), in person at the IKEA Wrocław Customer Service Department, by mail to the IKEA Wrocław Store (Customer Service Manager), by phone at 22 275 00 00, or through the complaint form on the IKEA website.
- Complaints will be processed within 14 days. Written complaints must include contact details (name, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint.
- These Regulations are available at the IKEA Wrocław Customer Service Department and on the website ikea.pl/regulaminy.
- Any disputes arising from this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
- For consumers and individuals whose contracts are directly related to their economic activity, but where the contract does not have a professional character for them, IKEA is liable for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract as regulated by Article 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is liable for product defects according to Articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
- These Regulations are effective from July 1, 2025.
- These Regulations were updated on July 16, 2025.
