Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Duration: June 2, 2025 - August 31, 2025.
Promotion Location: IKEA Kraków stationary store (ul. Josepha Conrada 66, 31-357 Kraków), IKEA online store (www.IKEA.pl), IKEA app, phone orders, or IKEA chat (Kontakt – IKEA – IKEA).
Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity granted by law.
Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to purchases of IKEA products typically bought by households or for business needs. It does not apply to purchases for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
Detailed Promotion Conditions
The promotion offers a reduced delivery service fee to the Rzeszów-Warszawska Collection Point from 49 PLN to 1 PLN (gross) for purchases of at least 500 PLN made at the IKEA Kraków store, online store (www.IKEA.pl), IKEA app, via phone, or through the IKEA chat.
Exclusions: Products purchased from the "Okazje na Okrągło" (Bargain Corner) section, custom-made products, and IKEA Food items available in the IKEA Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, and Bistro are not included in this promotion.
Customers can participate in the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
Returning products purchased under this promotion means forfeiting participation in the promotion. The return value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
Other Provisions
Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted via:
- IKEA chat on the "Contact us" page.
- In person at the Customer Service Department of the IKEA Kraków store.
- By mail to the IKEA Kraków store (Customer Service Department Manager).
- By phone at 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
- Through the complaint form available on the "Complaints at IKEA" page.
Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
Written complaints must include contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.

Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
For consumers and individuals whose agreements are directly related to their economic activity but do not have a professional character, IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement, as regulated by Article 43a and subsequent articles of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other Customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects according to Articles 556 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code.
These terms and conditions are effective from June 2, 2025.
