Getting Started
Charging the Case
Connect the small connector of the supplied micro-USB charging cable to the micro-USB charging port on the back of the charging case. Connect the large connector to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port or a 5V USB adapter). The case-charging LED indicator flashes RED while charging and turns solid RED when fully charged.
Charging the Earbuds
Use the included charging case. Ensure the case is charged. Open the case cover and place the earbuds into the correct charging ports; they should magnetically "clip" into place. The earbuds' LED indicators will turn RED while charging and turn BLUE when fully charged. A tone will be heard when the earbuds are low on battery.
Powering ON/OFF
The earbuds automatically power ON when removed from their case and power OFF when placed back in. When powered ON, they automatically pair to each other and enter Bluetooth pairing mode, potentially connecting to a previously paired device. The earbuds can also be powered ON and OFF by pressing and holding the [Multi] buttons. They will automatically power OFF if they do not connect to a Bluetooth device after 2 minutes.
Adjusting Volume & Playback
Playback can be controlled via the paired device or the earbud controls. Press the [Multi] button once on either earbud to pause or resume playback. Short press and hold the [Multi] button on the main earbud to skip to the next track. Short press and hold the [Multi] button on the auxiliary earbud to skip to the previous track.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Power the earbuds ON. Both LED indicators will flash RED and BLUE.
- The earbuds will pair to each other (indicated by a voice prompt). The main earbud's LED will flash RED and BLUE; the auxiliary earbud's LED will slowly flash BLUE.
- On your mobile device, search for Bluetooth devices and select "ARTWS110" from the list.
- Once paired, a voice prompt will be heard, and both earbud LEDs will turn OFF.
For pairing issues, refer to the "Re-Pairing the Earbuds" section.
Answering/Ending Phone Calls
Press the [Multi] button once on either earbud to answer an incoming call or end an active call. Press and hold the [Multi] button on either earbud to reject an incoming call. Triple-press the [Multi] button on either earbud to redial the last outgoing number.
Activating Voice Assistant
Quadruple-press the [Multi] button on either earbud to activate the voice assistant on your paired device (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).
Re-Pairing the Earbuds
If earbuds become un-paired or only one connects:
- On your device's Bluetooth settings, "Forget" the earbuds and turn Bluetooth OFF.
- Place earbuds in their case to power OFF, then remove to power ON.
- The earbuds should re-pair automatically, indicated by a voice prompt.
- Turn your device's Bluetooth back ON and follow the "Bluetooth Pairing" instructions to connect to your device.
