Before You Begin
Caution: To ensure safe and proper use, read all safety information before using the device.
- Only use with manufacturer-approved batteries, chargers, accessories, and supplies.
- THIS DEVICE IS NOT A TOY, do NOT allow children or pets to use or play with this device.
- Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device.
- Do not expose to extreme temperatures (heat or cold), open flames, humid, or wet conditions.
- Do not submerge in water.
- Low power may cause poor Bluetooth connection or sound distortion.
- Do not overcharge battery.
- If using with a USB adapter, make sure the adapter is not damaged.
- Do not allow the USB port or the connectors of the supplied USB cable to be exposed to dust or water, or to come into contact with any conductive materials such as liquids, metallic powders, etc.
- The case and earbuds include built-in batteries should not be disposed of with regular household waste. Please consult the local authorities on the correct way to dispose of batteries.

Location of Controls
Multi Button: Used for playback control, call management, and voice assistant activation.
LED Indicator: Shows charging status and pairing mode.
Back of Case: Contains the charging port.
Charging Port: For connecting the USB charging cable.
Getting Started
Charging the Case
Insert the small connector of the included USB charging cable into the charging port on the back of the case. Insert the large connector into a USB power source such as the USB port on a computer, or into a 5V USB adapter (not included) and plug into a wall socket.
Bluetooth Pairing
- The earbuds will automatically power on and pair with one another when removed from the case. After a few seconds, a tone should be heard indicating that the earbuds have connected to each other.
- Open your device's Bluetooth menu and select ARTWS50 when it appears.
- Another tone will be heard, indicating that the earbuds are successfully connected to your device. The LED indicators on both earbuds will flash WHITE.
Powering ON/OFF
- When removed from the case, the earbuds will automatically power ON.
- Long-Press (5s) either earbud's [Multi] button to power the earbuds OFF.
- Long-Press (3s) either earbud's [Multi] button to power the earbuds ON.
Media Playback
- Press either earbud's [Multi] button to PAUSE/RESUME playback.
- Long-Press (2s) the LEFT earbud's [Multi] button to skip to the PREVIOUS track.
- Long-Press (2s) the RIGHT earbud's [Multi] button to skip to the NEXT track.
- 2x Press the LEFT earbud's [Multi] button to INCREASE the volume.
- 2x Press the RIGHT earbud's [Multi] button to DECREASE the volume.
Phone Calls
- Press either earbud's [Multi] button to ANSWER/END a call.
- Long-Press (2s) either earbud's [Multi] button to DECLINE an incoming call.
Activating Voice Assistant
If you have a voice assistant on your paired device, you can activate it using the controls on the earbuds or the controls on your device.
- 3x Press either earbud's [MULTI] button to activate the voice assistant.
Charging the Earbuds
Use the included charging case to protect and charge your earbuds.
To charge the earbuds, open the case. Place the earbuds into the correct earbud charging ports. The earbuds will automatically power OFF and begin charging. The earbuds' LED indicators will solid RED while they are charging and turn OFF when they are fully charged.
Storage & Maintenance
When not using the earbuds, it is recommended that they are stored away in the charging case and placed in a safe, dry location, away from sources of water, light, heat, and dust. They are best stored in an airtight box or bag (not included).
If the earbuds or case are dirty, gently wipe with a clean microfiber cloth. Do not clean with any liquid, solvent, or detergent.
Pairing Troubleshooting
Trouble Pairing the Earbuds to Each Other? Try these steps:
- Place both earbuds back into the case to power them OFF.
- You may need to go into your device's Bluetooth settings and manually "Forget" one or both of the earbuds, and turn your device's Bluetooth OFF while the earbuds pair to each other.
- Turn your device's Bluetooth back ON if necessary, and follow the Bluetooth Pairing steps above again.

This product as supplied and distributed new by an authorized retailer is warranted by Southern Telecom, Inc. to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship ("Warranty") as follows:

Your product will be repaired or replaced, at our option, for the same or similar model of equal value if examination by the service center determines this product is defective. Products received damaged as a result of shipping will require you to file a claim with the carrier.
Warranty service not provided
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, unauthorized modification including software modifications such as the installation of custom firmware. This warranty is voided in the event any unauthorized person opens, alters or repairs this product. All products being returned to the authorized service center for repair must be suitably packaged.
