Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your Yaheetech 592275 unit.
Step 1: Prepare Side Panels
Insert Cam Bolts (A) into the designated larger holes on the inner faces of the Left Side Panel (G) and Right Side Panel (H). Screw them in until snug. Insert Wooden Dowels (C) into the smaller pre-drilled holes on the same faces.
[Textual description of diagram: Cam bolts and dowels are shown being inserted into pre-drilled holes on the inner surfaces of two tall, rectangular side panels.]
Step 2: Attach Bottom Panel
Align the Bottom Panel (J) with the corresponding holes and dowels on the lower edges of the Left Side Panel (G) and Right Side Panel (H). Push the panels together firmly. Insert Cam Locks (B) into the large holes on the underside of the Bottom Panel (J), ensuring the arrow on the cam lock points towards the cam bolt head. Turn the Cam Locks clockwise using a screwdriver to secure the panels.
[Textual description of diagram: The bottom panel is shown connecting to the base of the two side panels. Cam locks are being inserted into the bottom panel and turned to secure the connection.]
Step 3: Install Shelves
Insert Wooden Dowels (C) into the designated holes on the inner faces of the side panels (G and H) at the desired shelf heights. Place the Shelf Panels (K) onto these dowels. For fixed shelves, insert Cam Bolts (A) into the side panels and Cam Locks (B) into the underside of the shelves, then secure by turning the cam locks.
[Textual description of diagram: Shelves are shown being slid into place, supported by dowels, and then secured with cam lock mechanisms.]
Step 4: Attach Top Panel
Repeat the process from Step 2 to attach the Top Panel (I) to the upper edges of the Left Side Panel (G) and Right Side Panel (H). Ensure all connections are secure.
[Textual description of diagram: The top panel is shown being attached to the upper edges of the side panels, similar to how the bottom panel was attached.]
Step 5: Secure Back Panel
Carefully turn the unit onto its front. Align the Back Panel (L) with the rear edges of the assembled frame. Ensure the unit is square before proceeding. Use the Back Panel Nails (F) to secure the Back Panel (L) to the rear edges of the side, top, and bottom panels. Hammer the nails in at regular intervals.
[Textual description of diagram: The unit is lying face down. A thin back panel is aligned with the rear edges. Small nails are being hammered along the perimeter to attach the back panel, with an emphasis on maintaining a square frame.]
Step 6: Final Touches
If your unit includes adjustable feet or decorative caps, install them now. Carefully stand the unit upright in its desired location.
