Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach side panels ⑤ and ⑥ to the top panel ① using 8 screws (A) each. Then, attach side panels ⑱ and ⑲ to the top panel ① using 8 screws (A) each.

Step 2

Attach metal brackets E to support bars ⑭ and ⑱ using screws A and D. Connect these bars to the main structure using cam lock connectors B and wooden dowels C.

Step 3

Connect divider panels ③ to side panels ⑤, ⑥, and ⑲ using cam lock connectors B and wooden dowels C. Ensure panels are aligned correctly.

Step 4

Assemble the leg blocks ⑫ and ⑬ by joining them together using 4 screws (A) for each block.

Step 5

Assemble the base frame by connecting support bars ⑩ and ⑪. Attach these to the leg blocks ⑫ and ⑬ using cam lock connectors B and wooden dowels C. Also, attach support bar ⑨.

Step 6

Place the base panel ② onto the assembled frame. Secure it using 12 wooden dowels (C) inserted into corresponding holes. Attach base plates O to the underside of the base panel using 8 screws (P).

Step 7

Secure the base panel ② to the leg blocks by inserting 4 screws (A) into the designated holes on the underside of the base panel.

Step 8

Attach back panels ⑧ to the main structure using screws K and Q. Fit grid panels R and cylindrical parts S, securing them with screws K and Q, and covering with caps T.

Step 9

Assemble the door frames by joining panels ⑭ and ⑮ with support bar ⑦ using 6 screws (A). Use cam lock connectors B and wooden dowels C for additional securing.

Step 10

Insert the assembled door frames (⑭, ⑮) into the main cabinet structure. Connect them to internal dividers ⑤, ⑥, and side panels ⑲ using cam lock connectors B and wooden dowels C.

Step 11

Attach magnetic catches G to the top panel ① using 2 screws (G) and 4 screws (H). Ensure they are positioned correctly for door closure.

Step 12

Attach the top panel ① to the main cabinet structure using 8 cam lock connectors (B) and 10 wooden dowels (C). A single screw (I) is also used for reinforcement.

Step 13

Attach hinge plates L to door panels ⑯ and ⑰ using 2 screws (D) each. Then, attach door handles M to the door panels using 2 screws (M) each.

Step 14

Slide the back panel ④ into the designated grooves on the cabinet. Attach the doors ⑯ and ⑰ to the cabinet by connecting the hinge plates L to the pre-drilled holes on the side panels. Use screws D for hinges and clips Q for the back panel.

Step 15

Attach decorative panels ⑳ to the front of the cabinet using 10 screws (N).
