Assembly Steps
Follow these steps carefully to assemble your product.
Step 1: Attach Side Panels to Base
Take the Bottom Panel (C) and insert wooden dowels into the pre-drilled holes. Attach the Side Panels (A) to the Bottom Panel (C) by aligning the dowels and securing with screws or cam locks as indicated. Ensure the panels are flush.
? Tip: Use the provided Allen key to tighten cam locks.
Step 2: Install Shelves
Insert shelf support pins into the desired height holes on the inside of the Side Panels (A). Place the Shelves (D, E) onto the support pins. Ensure shelves are level.
⚠️ Caution: Do not force shelves into place.
Step 3: Attach Top Panel
Place the Top Panel (B) onto the assembled structure, aligning it with the Side Panels (A) and any connecting dowels or screws. Secure the Top Panel firmly.
✔️ Check: Ensure the unit is stable.
Step 4: Install Backing Board
Carefully slide the Backing Board (F) into the grooves on the back of the unit. If it's a nail-on type, use the provided small nails to secure it evenly around the perimeter.
? Note: The backing board adds structural integrity.
Step 5: Final Tightening and Placement
Go back and ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened. Place the assembled unit in its desired location.
⚠️ Important: If the unit is tall or intended to hold heavy items, consider using the included anti-tip hardware to secure it to a wall.
