Description
- 1. Photo sensor: Collects ambient luminosity, turns on infrared light when illuminance is less than 3 Lux.
- 2. Reset button: Long press 3-5 seconds to restore to factory settings.
- 3. SD card slot: For micro SD/TF card storage up to 256GB.
- 4. DC power: Power input.
- 5. Network port and indicator light: Connects LAN cable and shows device status.
- 6. Antenna: Ensure antenna is vertical when installed outside.
- 7. Audio Port: Connect speaker with 3.5mm output cable.
Installation
- Ensure package contents are complete and in good condition. Contact Johnny@hiseeu.com for missing accessories.
- Standard power supply is 5V1A, 12V1A, or 12V2A. Ensure power supply matches camera requirements.
- During installation, ensure good WiFi signal strength between camera and router.
- Walls must be strong enough to support four times the camera and bracket weight.
- Antenna must remain vertical and upward after installation.
Add Device
1. Software Download
1.1 Download Free App EseeCloud
Search for "EseeCloud" in App Store or Google Play. If the app menu differs from the manual, contact Hiseeu for the latest user manual.

Note: For iOS, requires iOS 9.0 or above. For Android, requires Android 5.0 or above.
1.2 Register Account
- Go to login interface, click "Register".
- Register with phone number or email, check usage policy, then click "Confirm".
- Manually drag the tennis ball to the red dot, then to the tennis racket to proceed.
- Receive a verification code, input it, set password, then click "Confirm" to complete registration.

To add the camera more conveniently, Hiseeu upgraded the camera version to allow direct QR code scanning without connecting to the camera hotspot. When resetting the camera, a beep sound will be emitted. The beep will disappear after successful addition.
2. Scan QR Code to Connect Camera
After resetting the camera, it will emit a beep sound. Open the EseeCloud App, click "Add smart camera" → "scan to add" → scan the QR code located on the camera.

Click "Device light is blinking" → "Next", then connect to your home WiFi.
Select your home WiFi (camera supports only 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz), then click "Next".
Note: The WiFi name and password should not contain special characters and the password should not exceed 12 characters.

A QR code will appear on your mobile phone. Aim this QR code at the camera lens from a distance of 15-20cm. Once you hear the prompt voice, click the blue button to wait for the device to connect successfully, then edit the device name.

3. Connecting the Camera via Ethernet Cable
The PTZ camera supports both wireless WiFi and Ethernet cable connections via its Ethernet port.
- Connect the camera to your router's LAN Port using a network cable. Then, in the EseeCloud App, click "Add smart cameras" → slide the screen down → select "LAN scan".
- The app will automatically search for devices. Once found, click "Add". No password input is required; simply click "Confirm" in the upper right corner.

After successfully adding the device, click the settings icon → "Advanced settings".
Connect to new WiFi: select your home WiFi and input the password → "Confirm". Then unplug the network cable.

To View on EseeCloud Software on PC
To view the camera remotely on a PC, you must first register an EseeCloud account on your mobile phone and add the device there.

- Login with an EseeCloud App account. Only email and cellphone numbers are supported for login. If registered with a third-party account, register a new account via email or cellphone number and add the system again.
- After logging in, the device will automatically synchronize to the computer.

Camera Function
1. EseeCloud Main Interface

Clicking the "More options" icon (represented by three dots) reveals four options:
- A. Alarm push: Enable to receive phone alert notifications.
- B. Settings: Access the setup interface directly.
- C. Edit: Modify the device name.
- D. Delete: Remove the device.
2. Real Time Video Recording Function

SD & HD Switch
The interface allows switching between SD (Standard Definition) and HD (High Definition) video quality.
Clicking the "Cloud Storage" icon allows purchasing cloud service. Each device requires a separate purchase.
Two storage modes are available:
- Mobile video: Stores video only when the camera detects suspicious objects.
- 24-hour video: Stores video for a full day.

Clicking the "Alarm Message" icon allows viewing alarm messages. You can select date, time range, and motion type (e.g., "Screen change", "Someone is active"). Alarm messages are automatically overwritten after three days.

You can share the device with friends or family:
- Click the "Share" icon (represented by two overlapping squares), select share permissions and QR code validity.
- Click "Finish" in the upper right corner to generate a QR code, then share it with others.

Clicking the "Playback" icon allows watching camera records, but requires an inserted SD card or purchased cloud service.
Please note: Only cloud service supports the fast forward option; SD card playback does not.

Sound
When viewing the camera, open the sound button to hear audio. Ensure your phone volume is also turned up.

Screenshot & Recording
You can take a screenshot or record important video clips to save as evidence on your mobile phone.
After successful recording, click "More" → select "Photo album" to check the video on that interface.
Frequently Viewed Location (Preset Positions)
You can set several frequently viewed positions. Instead of manually moving the camera lens, click the "Go to" button.
- Adjust the camera lens to a desired position, then click "Add Preset".

Name the position (e.g., "Position 1"), click "Confirm". Directly clicking the image in the box will return the camera to the set position.

More Features

- a. Motion detection: Receive alerts when the camera detects motion.
- b. Motion tracking: The camera will track and follow detected motion.
- c. Cruise: The camera will start a 360° automatic cruise for approximately 4 hours, then stop.
- d. Photo album: Stores screenshot pictures or recorded videos.
- e. PTZ calibration: If the camera position or pan/tilt movement is off, click PTZ calibration for automatic correction.
- f. Night vision mode: Three modes are available. Clicking the button switches between modes:
- Smart night vision: When a person or object is detected, the floodlight turns on, and the image switches to full color. Normally, it's black-and-white at night.
- Full color night vision: When the surrounding environment darkens, floodlights automatically turn on to display a color image.
- Infrared night vision: The camera switches to black and white image automatically at night. Switches back to day mode during the day.
- g. Siren: If an intruder is detected, click the alarm button to sound a 14-second alarm to deter them.
PTZ Control
Drag the direction key to move the camera lens up, down, left, and right.

Microphone Function
To talk through the camera, click the microphone icon. To end the call, click the "hang up" button.
