Q2: There are no recordings when I click playback.
A: SD card storage: Go to Settings > Storage Management > TF card storage and check the SD card status. Reinsert the card if necessary (ensure the power is off before inserting). Q3: What should I do if the camera is offline?
A: 1. Check the distance between the camera and your router; it should ideally be within 15-25 ft. 2. Ensure the camera antenna is vertical and upward, preferably on the same horizontal line as the router.

A: 1. In the app, go to "Me" > "Settings" > "Push notification" and enable it. 2. Go to "Me" > "Person center" > "privacy setting" and enable all permissions. Also, ensure phone notifications for "EseeCloud" are enabled in your phone's settings.

Tap the three-dot icon > Edit to find the username and camera password. Copy the random password. 2. Go to the record interface > tap the settings icon > Setup password.
