Safety Caution
- Please do not place any fluid container on the product.
- Please use the product in a ventilated environment and prevent blocking the vents.
- Please use the included power supply with the product to prevent damage.
- Please use the product under its standard working temperature and humidity (advised in this manual or distributor's website).
- Dust on the PCB may cause short circuits. It is suggested to clean the dust on the PCB timely to ensure proper product operation.
- Please obey the regulations and policies in your country and area during installation.

1. NVR
Description of NVR ports and indicators:
- 1. WAN connection status lights: Indicates the Wide Area Network connection status.
- 2. IPC connection status lights: Indicates the Inter-Process Communication (camera) connection status.
- 3. SYNC (match code button): Button used for pairing devices.
- 4. TF card slot: Slot for inserting TF (SD) cards for recording.
- 5. NET: Network cable interface to connect to a router.
- 6. Power Input port (DC 5V): Mini NVR power input.
- 7. Reset (NVR Reset button): Button to reset the NVR to factory settings.
NVR Indicator Descriptions:
- WAN connection status indicator: Flashes slowly when LAN or WAN disconnects. It is solid when the WAN connection is normal.
- Camera connection status lights: Steady light when a camera is connected to the Mini NVR; flashes slowly when disconnected.
SYNC Button Operation:
Long press the "match code button" for 4 seconds to enter the matching code state. Listen for voice prompts: "start matching code, please wait for the voice prompts to complete". Then, press the camera reset button for 10 seconds. Wait for voice prompts: "Matching code Success", or "Matching code fails."
TF Card Slot:
After inserting a TF card (SD card), the system defaults to motion recording.
NET Port:
Network cable interface; connect to router.
Power Input Port (DC 5V):
Mini NVR power interface.
Reset Button:
Long press for 10 seconds to reset the NVR to factory settings.
2. Battery Camera
Description of Battery Camera features:
- 1. Indicator light: Shows device status.
- 2. MIC: Microphone for audio input.
- 3. Photosensitive: Light sensor.
- 4. Lens: Camera lens.
- 5. Human Infrared: Infrared sensor for motion detection.
- 6. Speaker: For audio output.
- 7. Type-C charging port: For charging the camera.
- 8. SD card interface: Slot for SD card recording (if NVR does not have one).
- 9. Reset button: Button to reset the camera to factory settings.
- 10. Base: Mounting base for the camera.
Battery Camera LED Light Instructions:
- Green light + red light always on: The camera is being previewed remotely (privacy light).
- Green light on for 1s: The device is turned on or woken up.
- Green light flashes continuously: Upgrading.
- Green light always on: Charging.
- Red light flashes 3 times: Power off.
- Red light flashes continuously fast: Matching code.
- Red light flashes continuously slowly: Connecting to the internet.
- Red light always on: Low battery.
Button Operations:
- Press and hold 2s (in off state): Power on (green light for 1s).
- Press continuously 3 times: Power off (red light flashes 3 times).
- Press and hold for 8s: Reset to enter pairing state (red light flashes).
Type-C Charging Port:
Use a 5V 1A Type-C power cable to power the camera.
TF Card Slot:
If your NVR already has an SD card for recording, no need to insert an SD card in the camera.
Camera Reset Button (Matching Code Method):
- Press the camera reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera to factory settings.
- Press the Mini NVR "Sync" button for 4 seconds. Wait for the voice prompt "matching code success". Check that the Mini NVR channel indicator is steady on. If the indicator is always on, then matching code is successful.
(Note: Cameras and Mini NVR are pre-matched before shipping, plug and play. If users need to replace or add new cameras, follow the above instructions to pair the camera.)
3. Battery Camera with Solar Panel
Remove the camera power cover, insert the solar panel Type-C cable into the camera power slot to charge by solar.
How to Connect the System on Your Phone App
Download and install the app on your phone. Search for "Hisee cloud" or "Eseecloud" in Google Play or Apple Store.
How to Register:
- Open the app to register an account. Go to the login interface and click "Register".
- Register with your phone number or email address, click "Confirm". A verification code will be sent to your phone or email.
- Input the verification code and set a password for the app account, click "Confirm" to complete.
Device Added
Step 1:
Power the camera and NVR, and connect the NVR to your home router by network cable.
Step 2:
Connect your mobile phone to the same Wi-Fi router.
Step 3:
Open the "Hisee cloud" or "Eseecloud" app and log in. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner or in the middle of the interface, then select "device add" to enter the QR code scanning interface.
Step 4:
Scan the QR code on the NVR and save to complete adding the device. (Alternative methods: click "Other ways to add", "Manually add device", or "add device in the same LAN").
Step 5:
Click "Preview" and "remote playback" to view live or recorded footage.

Notes:
The device warranty is void if caused by the following reasons:
- A. Accident; negligence; disaster; mis-operation.
- B. Non-compliance with environment and conditions, such as improper power supply, extreme working temperatures (too high or too low), lightning strikes, etc.
- C. Maintenance performed by a third party not authorized by the factory.
- D. Goods sold more than 12 months ago.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: One of the cameras cannot show picture on APP, what should I do?
A:
- Please ensure the battery camera and NVR are within the valid signal range. Do not install the camera too far from the NVR, otherwise the camera will report "Connect failed".
- Check the power adapter and antenna. Use another working power adapter and antenna for this camera to check if it works normally.
- Cover the camera sensor with your finger or place the camera in a dark environment to check if the infrared lights turn on or if you hear a click sound. If not, please restore the camera to factory settings and try again.
- Follow the steps below to match code the camera again:
- a. Press the camera reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera to factory settings.
- b. Press the NVR "Sync" button for 4 seconds. Wait for the voice prompt "matching code success". Check that the NVR channel indicator is steady on. If the indicator is always on, then matching code is successful.
