Device Installation and Configuration
This manual is suitable for various types of cameras. Appearance may differ between batches; details are subject to the received product. This manual provides installation instructions for this series of equipment.
1. WiFi Home Camera

2. PTZ WIFI IP Dome Camera

3. WIFI IP Camera Outdoor

Description of Components
- 1. Photosensitive: Collects ambient luminosity value and activates the infrared light when illuminance is below 3 Lux.
- 2. Reset button: Press and hold for 10 seconds to restore factory settings, accompanied by a voice prompt.
- 3. SD card slot: Used for TF card storage, video recording, and playback.
- 4. DC power supply: Connects the power adapter for device operation.
- 5. Network port and indicator light: Connects via LAN cable; the indicator light shows the device status.
Software Installation
1. APP Download and Installation
Users can search for "ICSee" on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download and install the application. A QR code is provided for direct APP download.
System Requirements: iOS system requires iOS version 8.0 or above. Android system requires version V2.0.2 or above.
2. Register Account
Follow these steps to register an account:
- Navigate to the login interface and click "Sign Up".
- Register using your phone number or email address, then click "Confirm". A verification code will be sent to your registered email or phone.
- Enter the received verification code and set your password, then click "Confirm" to complete the registration.
Add Process
A. Wi-Fi Smart Connection
(All camera types can use this method. 5GHz WiFi is not supported; use 2.4GHz WiFi only.)
Power on the device, reset the camera, and wait approximately 30 seconds for the voice prompt indicating it's ready.
- In the ICSee APP, click the "+" icon to add a WIFI camera.
- On the camera interface, click "Next", then click "Next" again to confirm the camera is in the network distribution state.
- In your router settings, input your WIFI password and click "Confirm".
- Turn on the QR code display on your mobile phone and click "Next".
- Use the device to scan the QR code displayed on your mobile phone, following the on-screen instructions and prompt tones or light status.
- Set a password for the device.
B. AP mode connection
(All camera types can use this method.)
Power on the device, reset the camera, wait about 30 seconds. After the voice prompt, click the reset button over 3 times until you hear a sound indicating "entry AP mode".
- In the ICSee APP, click "+" → "Other distribution networks and adding methods".
- Select "AP Distribution Network".
- Add the camera in AP mode by clicking "Next step".
- Select the device's hotspot.
- In your router settings, input your WIFI password and click "Confirm" to complete.
- Wait for the connection to establish successfully.
- Set a password for the device.
C. Add the camera on the same router (requires a wired port)
Use a LAN cable to connect the camera to your router. Ensure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera.
- In the ICSee APP, click "+" → "Other distribution networks and adding methods".
- Select "Nearby Cameras".
- Find the device named "robot-xxx" and click on it.
- Once connected successfully, click "setting" → "Network Settings".
- Select "Routing mode", input your WIFI password, and click "Save" to complete.
- Wait for the connection to establish successfully, then unplug the LAN cable.
Share to second phone
- On your primary phone, click "Share"; a QR code will be displayed.
- On the second phone, open the ICSee APP, click "+" → "From sharing".
- Scan the QR code with the second phone; the camera will be added automatically.
View Alarm, Preview and Playback
- Click "Message" to view alarm information for the camera.
- Click the corresponding play icon on the device list to enter the preview interface for real-time video viewing and voice intercom.
- Click the playback or cloud icon to view recorded video stored on the device or in the cloud (cloud service availability may vary by camera model).
Motion Detection Alarm
When motion is detected, the App will send an alarm message.
To configure: Click "Settings" and choose "Smart Alarm". Enable "Smart Alarm", "Alarm Push", and "Alarm Action" to take a video and snapshot.
To enable alarm sound: Enable "Alarm Action" and "Device Beep". Disable if not needed.
To set a specific period for motion detection, click "Alarm Time".
For recording settings, ensure the "Record Switch" is enabled.
To reduce false alarms and only detect people, enable "Human Shape Detection" (this feature is supported by some camera models).
How to connect with NVR?
A. How to connect with NVR which support NETIP protocol
- Connect the camera and NVR to the same router; they must operate on the same network.
- Right-click the mouse and select "Quick Set"; the NVR will automatically configure the camera.
- If the camera is not connected, add it manually:
- a) Click "Search"; the NVR will scan for cameras on the same IP segment. Select the new camera's IP address.
- b) Select an empty channel (e.g., #5) for the new camera and click "Add".
- c) Configure settings: Protocol: NETIP, Port: 34567, User name: admin, Password: as set on the APP.
- d) After successful configuration, click "Apply" to save settings, then click "Exit".
B. How to connect NVR which support ONVIF protocol
The camera supports ONVIF protocol and is compatible with third-party NVRs like Hikvision and Dahua.
- First, connect the camera using the ICSee APP, set your password, and ensure the NVR is on the same gateway as the camera.
- Go to your NVR's IP channel to search for the camera's IP address.
- Configure settings: Protocol: ONVIF, Port: 8899, User name: admin, Password: as set on the APP.
- Click "Add".
Remote Access on PC Client
Please contact the vendor for the PC Client download link and video instructions. The download link is: https://download.xm030.cn/d/MDAwMDA2NDE=
- Download and install the PC Client named "VMS".
- Use the default User Name and Password, then click "SIGN IN".
- Access the "Device Manager" interface.
4. Manual Add, Enter CloudID Number
When adding a device manually using the CloudID:
- Device Name: Can be any name.
- Login Type: Must be set to "Cloud ID".
- CloudID: Enter the provided Cloud ID (e.g., `fcbac4cxxxxxXX`).
- User Name: Typically "admin" or can be left as is.
- Password: Can be any password or left blank.
After successful connection, navigate to "Home" → "Live View" to see the connected device.
FAQ
Q1. For PTZ camera, how to use zoom function?
This is a digital zoom camera. You can zoom by touching the screen with two fingers. Please note that the image clarity may decrease when zooming digitally.
Q2. How to open color night vision?
(Note: Some cameras may not support this feature. Refer to product details on Amazon for specifics.)
1. In the ICSee APP, go to the playback screen.
2. Click "Lighting" to select a mode:
- Mode 1: White light: In darkness, the camera emits white light, and the image is displayed in color.
- Mode 2: Normal: In darkness, the camera emits red light that remains on, and the image is displayed in black and white.
- Mode 3: Double Light Vigilance: When motion is detected, the camera emits white light and flashes, displaying the image in color.
Q3. How to flip picture
- Open the ICSee APP.
- Navigate to "Settings" → "Basic Settings" → Select "Flip Left-Right" or "Flip Upside-Down".
Q4. How to find camera's IP address?
- Ensure the camera is connected to the same router as your computer. Using a LAN cable to connect the camera directly to the router is recommended.
- Install the "Devicemanage" software on your computer from: http://www.hiseeu.com/images/article/20190215trecge.zip
- In the software, click "search", choose the IP address, change the camera's IP address, then click "Modify". Confirm the "Save config to device successful" message and search again.
- If your computer is on the same gateway, you can directly log in using the camera's IP address in an IE browser (User name: admin, Password: as you set).
Q5. IF forget password, how to find it?
- Press the reset button on the camera for over 10 seconds until a voice prompt starts.
- Reconnect the camera on the APP.
Q6. IF camera show offline, how to solve?
- Check if the power supply is working correctly.
- Move the camera closer to your router to improve signal strength.
- If it still cannot connect, use an Ethernet cable to connect to the router and check if the LAN port is blinking.

Q7. About recording / SD card
- The camera supports FAT32 format, Class6 and Class10 TF Cards, with a maximum capacity of 128GB. When the TF card is full, it automatically deletes earlier videos to enable loop recording.
- If your camera does not recognize the SD card, please check the SD card format. Power off the camera, insert the SD card, power on the camera, and reset the camera to check.
- NVRs can also be used for video recording management of multiple cameras.
Q8. About Cloud service
- Some cameras support this function; others do not. Please refer to the product details on the store.
- Generally, there is a 7-day free trial period.
- If you do not need the service, do not enable this function.
- There is a charge for using this function.
