Installation Steps
Step 1: Mount Base Installation
Option A: Clamp Installation
- Connect Arm A to C-Clamp Brace C from the bottom using M6x12 Bolt F and tighten with Allen Key 4mm K.
- Select the preferred height and connect C-Clamp D to C-Clamp Brace C using M6x10 Bolt E and tighten with Allen Key 4mm K. The clamp fits desk thicknesses from 0.4" to 3.3".
Option B: Grommet Base Installation
- Attach Metal Pad G and Bolt I to the bottom of Arm A using M6x12 Bolt F, tighten with Allen Key 4mm K.
- 2a. Existing Grommet Hole Installation: If the existing grommet hole has a plastic protector, remove it for a flat surface. Insert the assembled Bolt I through the desk hole, guide Support Plate J and Nut H through Bolt I, and rotate Nut H clockwise to fasten for stability.
- 2b. Self-drilled Grommet Hole Installation: Mark the hole position on your mounting surface. Drill a 3/8" (10mm) diameter hole. Insert the assembled Bolt I through the desk hole, guide Support Plate J and Nut H through Bolt I, and rotate Nut H clockwise to fasten for stability. The desk thickness for grommet installation is 0.4" to 3.3".
Step 2: Attach VESA Plate to Monitor
Step 2.1: Select TV Screws
Hand thread screws into the threaded inserts on the back of your TV to determine which screw diameter (M4 or M5) to use. Ensure only one screw size fits your TV.
Step 2.2: Attach VESA Plate
Attach the VESA Plate B to your TV/Monitor. Thread M4x12 Bolt M-A or M5x12 Bolt M-B into the mounting holes with D5 Washer M-C. Tighten with Allen Key 5mm L.
Step 3: Mount Monitor onto Arm
Place the assembled TV/Monitor onto the Arm A and ensure stability. Tighten the VESA plate using the top screw.
Step 4: Adjust Gas Spring and Tilt Tension
Press the Arm A to a horizontal level. Adjust the gas spring tension to your preference using Allen Key 5mm L. Adjust the tilt tension using Allen Key 5mm L.
Adjust the Gas Spring Tension:
- Insert the 5mm Allen Key into the adjusting hole and turn clockwise (-) to reduce gas spring tension (suitable for lighter screens).
- Insert the 5mm Allen Key into the adjusting hole and turn counter-clockwise (+) to increase gas spring tension (suitable for heavier screens).
Note: It may take numerous turns for gas spring tension adjustment.
Step 5: Manage Cables
Screw out the bolts and take off the cable cases using Allen Key 5mm L.
Step 6: Route Cables
Guide the cables through the mount and put the cable cases back.
Step 7: Final Adjustments
Manually swivel, tilt, and rotate the monitor for the best viewing angle. The mount allows for adjustments up to ±180° swivel, ±125° tilt, ±90° rotation, and a vertical range of +75°/-45°.
