Assembly Steps

Step 1

Insert 14 dowels (101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the two side panels.

Step 2

Attach the side panels to the base panel. Insert 8 cam lock screws (118331) into the side panels and secure them to the base panel using 8 cam locks (118331).

Step 3

Attach the two long support rails to the side panels using the provided holes.

Step 4

Insert 8 cam lock screws (119030) into the base panel and secure the side panels using 8 cam locks (119030).

Step 5

Attach the handle support (100001) to the top of the unit using 6 screws (100214).

Step 6

Attach 5 drawer slides (10101009) to the inside of the main unit's side panels using screws (146114). Attach 1 drawer slide (155370) to the other side panel.

Step 7

Attach the remaining drawer slides (118331) to the main unit's side panels using screws (118331).

Step 8

Attach the remaining drawer slides (153552) to the main unit's side panels using screws (153552).

Step 9

Insert 8 dowels (101345) into the side panels of the unit.

Step 10

Attach the horizontal support rails to the side panels using 6 dowels (101345) and 6 screws (101345).

Step 11

Secure the horizontal supports to the side panels using 3 cam locks (119030).

Step 12

Attach the vertical supports to the side panels using 4 dowels (101345).

Step 13

Attach the horizontal support rails to the side panels.

Step 14

Secure the side panels to the base using 4 screws (100214).

Step 15

Attach the vertical side panels to the base structure using 2 dowels (101345) and 2 screws (101345) on each side.

Step 16

Secure the vertical side panels using 2 cam locks (119030) on each side.

Step 17

Insert 4 dowels (101345) into the top of the vertical panels.

Step 18

Attach the top panel to the vertical supports.

Step 19

Secure the top panel using 7 cam locks (119030).

Step 20

Attach the drawer slide components to the main unit frame.

Step 21

Attach drawer slide components to the main unit frame using 2 screws (118331).

Step 22

Attach drawer slides to the main unit frame using 4 screws (118331).

Step 23

Place the top panel onto the assembled unit.

Step 24

Secure the top panel using 4 cam locks (119030).

Step 25

Attach the drawer slide mechanisms to the main unit.

Step 26

Attach drawer slide components (100823, 109049, 106989) to the main unit frame.

Step 27

Position the unit for final placement.

Step 28

Assemble drawer slide mechanisms.

Step 29

Attach drawer slide mechanisms to the main unit frame using part 10102070.

Step 30

Attach drawer slide mechanisms to the main unit frame using part 109048.

Step 31

Attach drawer slide mechanisms to the main unit frame using parts 109048 and 100823.

Step 32

Assemble drawer sides and base using 2 screws (118331).

Step 33

Assemble drawer sides and base using 2 screws (101345).

Step 34

Attach drawer slide components to the drawer sides.

Step 35

Assemble drawer sides and base using 2 cam locks (119030).

Step 36

Place the back panel onto the assembled unit.

Step 37

Attach the handle support (10040242) to the drawer front using screws.

Step 38

Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the drawer sides.

Step 39

Secure the drawer front panel to the drawer sides using 2 screws (145718).

Step 40

Attach drawer runners to the assembled drawer box using 2 cam lock screws (119030).

Step 41

Attach drawer slide components to the drawer box using 6 screws (146114).

Step 42

Attach drawer handles using 2 screws (109563).

Step 43

Assemble drawer box components using 3 drawer box parts and 4 screws (118331).

Step 44

Assemble drawer box components using 2 screws (101345).

Step 45

Attach drawer slide components to the drawer sides.

Step 46

Secure drawer sides using 4 cam locks (119030).

Step 47

Place the back panel onto the assembled drawer unit.

Step 48

Attach the handle support (10040242) to the drawer front.

Step 49

Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the drawer sides.

Step 50

Secure the drawer front panel to the drawer sides using 4 screws (145718).

Step 51

Attach drawer runners to the assembled drawer box using 4 cam lock screws (119030).

Step 52

Attach drawer slide components to the drawer box using 6 screws (146114).

Step 53

Attach drawer handles using 2 screws (109563).

Step 54

Insert the assembled drawers into the main unit.

Final check of drawer operation and stability. Ensure all parts are securely fastened.

Wall Mounting Instructions

The screw(s) and plug(s) supplied can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C) use the screw(s) without plug(s). If you are uncertain, seek professional advice.

Type A: Solid Walls

Drill a hole with Ø 8 mm (5/16"). Insert wall plug (153552). Attach bracket (10102070) using screw (10087223). Depth: 70 mm (2 3/4").

Type B: Hollow Walls

Drill a hole with Ø 8 mm (5/16"). Insert wall plug (153552). Attach bracket (10102070) using screw (10087223). Depth: approx. 30 mm (1 1/4").

Type C: Solid Wood

Drill a hole with Ø 3 mm (1/8"). Attach bracket (10102070) using screw (10087223) directly into the wood. Depth: approx. 30 mm (1 1/4").

Attach the anti-tip bracket to the furniture and the wall as per the diagrams.
