Application
Download the Soundcore application to enjoy full features such as game mode, device search, equalizer adjustment, firmware updates, and more.
If your earbuds cannot connect to the Soundcore application, reinstall the application or update it to the latest version from your mobile app store.

Usage
Choose the ear tips that best fit your ears.

Charging
Dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port completely before charging.
Fully charge the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.
- Remove the insulation sticker from the earbuds before first use.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close it.
- Connect the charging case to power using a certified USB-C charging cable.

[Note: Charging time for earbuds is approximately 10 minutes for 2 hours of playback.]
Power On & Pairing
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Select "soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i" in your device's Bluetooth list for the first connection.

Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the case, then press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.

Stop
To turn off the earbuds, place them in the charging case and close it.
The earbuds will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.

Reset
Perform a reset if the earbuds have pairing issues with each other or with other devices.
First, delete the pairing history of your Bluetooth device. Take the earbuds out of their case. Within one minute of the earbuds powering on, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

Indicator Lights

- White blinking: Pairing mode
- Solid white: Connected
Firmware Update
You will be notified as soon as a new firmware version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the application. Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and that the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. During the update, the earbuds must be charging and should not be handled.
