Wearing
Choose the ear tips that best fit your ears.
Step 1: Select the correct ear tip size (S, M, L) for a secure and comfortable fit.
Step 2: Insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring a snug seal for optimal sound and noise isolation.
Charging
Important:
- Completely dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port before charging.
- Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before the first use.
Charging Process:
Step 1: Remove the insulation sticker from the earbuds before first use. ⚡
Step 2: Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. ?
Step 3: Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable. ?
Note: 10 minutes of charging provides approximately 2 hours of playback.
Powering On & Pairing
Step 1: Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode. ? Bluetooth
Step 2: Select "soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i" from your device's Bluetooth list for the first connection.
*Device name may vary by region.
Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, remove the earbuds from the case, then touch and hold the touch surfaces on both earbuds for 3 seconds until you hear a notification sound. [Touch Surface] ?
Controls
You can customize touch controls in the soundcore app.

Powering Off
To turn off, place the earbuds into the charging case and close it. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.
Resetting
Reset the earbuds if they have trouble pairing with each other or other devices. First, delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device. Remove the earbuds from the case. Within one minute of powering on the earbuds, touch and hold the touch surfaces on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound. [Reset] ⚙️
LED Light Guide
Earbuds:
- Blinking white: Pairing mode
- Solid white: Connected
Charging Case:
The LED indicators on the charging case show its charging status. Refer to the specific LED patterns for details on charging, fully charged, or low battery states.
Firmware Update
You will be notified immediately when a new firmware version is detected when you connect your earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. During the update, make sure the earbuds are charging and avoid using them.
(The app interface shows model name, firmware version, serial number, and update status.)
