Setup and Operation

Note: This unit is fully assembled.

WARNING: To prevent electric shock, ensure the lamp is not plugged in until all setup steps are complete.

1. Remove the lamp from its packaging and place the lamp body base (A) on a steady surface.
2. Connect the power adapter input (B) into the connector (C) located at the rear-bottom of the lamp.
3. Plug the power adapter (D) into a standard household 120V AC outlet. Note: Use only the supplied power adapter to avoid damage or fire.
4. Turn the lamp ON/OFF using the power switch (E) located on the top of the base (A).
5. Touch the "M" switch (F) to change the color temperature of the light. The lamp offers 3 color modes.
6. Adjust the brightness by touching the "+" (G) or "-" (H) controls on the touch panel.
7. To reposition the light, hold the base (A) steady and grasp either the lamp body (J) or the shade (K) as needed. Do not force the shade or lamp body beyond its allowable adjustable range, as excessive adjustment may cause damage.

Diagram Description

The lamp features a stable base (A) with integrated controls. A flexible arm (J) connects the base to the lamp shade (K). The power adapter (D) connects via a cable (B) to a port (C) on the rear of the base. The base includes a power switch (E) and a touch panel with controls:

• M (F): Cycles through 3 color temperature modes.
• + (G): Increases brightness.
• - (H): Decreases brightness.

Safety Warnings

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS:

• Turn the lamp off and wait until the lamp head is cool before handling.
• The LED panel may become hot after several hours of continuous use. Do not place hands directly on the LED light panel.
• Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles.
• Do not alter the plug.
• The lamp head included with this unit cannot be replaced by the consumer.
• For indoor use only.

CAUTION! If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard. For indoor use only.

CAUTION! The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

CAUTION: Any change or modification to the product not expressly recognized by OttLite Technologies voids OttLite's responsibility for proper product function.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.

If this equipment causes harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
