This guide provides instructions for the regular installation of the Fortin EVO-ALL module for Toyota Hilux vehicles (2015-2020) with a Push-to-Start system.

Programming Tools:
To add firmware versions and options, use the FLASH LINK UPDATER or FLASH LINK MOBILE tool (sold separately).
Unit Option Units:
- C1: OEM Remote status (Lock/Unlock) monitoring
- D6: Push-to-Start
Parts Required: 1x Fuse
Note: The vehicle's OEM remote will not be operable during remote start.
Mandatory Installation Requirements
Hood Pin: The hood status pin switch must be installed. If the vehicle can be remote started with the hood open, program function A11 to OFF.
Safety Notice: The installation of safety elements is mandatory. The hood pin is an essential security element and must be installed.
Technician Requirement: This module must be installed by a qualified technician. Incorrect connections can cause permanent damage to the vehicle.
Wiring Connections
Refer to the following diagrams for connection points:
- 1. Light control switch: Located behind the driver's foot lining.
- 2. Certification unit connectors: Located behind the instrument cluster.
- 3. Certification unit connectors: Located behind the instrument cluster.
- 4. Adapter connector: Located behind the lining at the driver's foot.

Wiring Diagram Overview:
The diagram illustrates connections between the EVO-ALL module, the remote starter, and various vehicle components including ignition, door locks, lights, and CAN bus.
Dcryptor Programming Procedure
Parts Required (not included): FLASH LINK UPDATER, FLASH LINK MANAGER SOFTWARE, or FLASH LINK MOBILE APP. A Microsoft Windows computer or a smartphone with internet connection is also required.
- Preparation: Press and hold the programming button. Connect the 4-PIN Data-link connector. The LEDs (BLUE, RED, YELLOW, BLUE & RED) will illuminate alternatively.
- Release: Release the programming button when the LED turns BLUE. If the LED is not solid BLUE, disconnect and restart from Step 1.
- Connectors: Insert the required remaining connectors.
- Ignition ON: Do not press the brake pedal. Press the Push-to-Start button twice to turn on the ignition. Wait for the BLUE LED to flash rapidly and constantly.
- Ignition OFF: Press the Push-to-Start button once to turn off the ignition. The BLUE LED will turn off.
- Disconnect: Disconnect all connectors, including the Data-Link (4-pins) connector.
- Programming Tool: Use the FLASH LINK UPDATER or FLASH LINK MOBILE tool to visit the Dcryptor menu.
- Reconnect: After Dcryptor programming is complete, reconnect the 4-Pin (Data-Link) connector and then all other connectors to the EVO-ALL module.
Note: If the RED and YELLOW LEDs alternate during programming, proceed to Step 6 of the Dcryptor process. If the LEDs turn OFF, the module is programmed.
Remote Starter Functionality
To start the vehicle remotely:
- Ensure all doors are closed.
- Press the remote start button located on the driver's side door handle.
- The engine will shut down when the button is pressed again.
- Enter the vehicle with the Smart-Key.
- Press the brake pedal.
- Press the Push-to-Start button to start the vehicle.
- The vehicle can now be put into gear and driven.
Verification
Test the remote starter and alarm functions to ensure proper operation.
