Installation Procedure Overview
Safety First: Always disconnect the negative terminal (-) of the vehicle battery before performing any work. This is crucial for protecting sensitive electronic modules.
- Battery Disconnection: Locate the vehicle battery and disconnect the negative terminal.
- Accessing Steering Column:
- Under the steering column, unscrew any retaining screws (typically 1 and 2).
- Gently unclip or detach covers on the left and right sides of the steering column (steps 3 and 4).
- Carefully pull up the steering column cover to gain access (step 5).
- Wiring Connections: Refer to the detailed wiring diagrams provided in this guide to make the necessary connections. Ensure all connections are secure and correct.
- Battery Reconnection: Once all connections are made, reconnect the negative terminal of the vehicle battery.
Wiring Diagram Details
The following are key connection points and wire functions identified in the diagrams:
- Under Steering Column (START-STOP Unit):
- (+)12V (Yellow wire)
- (+)IGNITION (Pink wire)
- CAN LOW (Orange wire)
- CAN HIGH (Orange/Black wire)
- (-)PTS (Purple wire)
- DOOR LOCK DATA (Lt.Blue/Black wire)
- DATA KEY (Black wire)
- Parking Light Connections:
- (-)PARKING LIGHTS (COM) (Brown/White wire)
- (-)PARKING LIGHTS (NO) (Pink/Black wire)
- (-)PARKING LIGHTS (NC) (Purple/Yellow wire)
- Engine Compartment Connections (for vehicles without OEM Hood Pin):
- Connections are made to specific pins in connectors located in the engine compartment. Refer to the diagrams for exact pin locations and wire colors (e.g., Ground, (+)12V Battery, etc.).
- Data-Link Harness (4-pin, Black Connector): Used for programming and communication between the module and the vehicle's systems.
Note: Detailed diagrams illustrate specific wire routing and connector pin assignments for each connection point.
Programming Procedures
Key Bypass Programming (Procedure 1/6)
Important: Do not program more than 3 modules on the same vehicle. If more than 3 modules are programmed, the remote car starter may not function.
- Ensure you have two valid vehicle keys.
- Press and hold the programming button on the EVO-ALL module.
- Connect the 4-PIN Data-link harness (black connector). The Blue, Red, Yellow, and Blue & Red LEDs will illuminate alternately.
- Release the programming button when the Blue & Red LEDs are solid ON. If not solid, disconnect the harness and repeat from step 2.
- Connect the required remaining harnesses.
- Press and release the programming button five times (5x). The Red & Blue LEDs will alternate between 4 flashes and a pause. Wait for the Blue LED to turn ON.
Programming OEM Keys (KEY#1 and KEY#2)
- For KEY#1: Place the first OEM remote near the START/STOP button. Press the START/STOP button twice to activate ignition. The Yellow LED will turn ON. Wait for the security indicator to turn OFF (approx. 3 seconds).
- Immediately: Press the START/STOP button once to deactivate ignition. The Yellow LED will turn OFF.
- For KEY#2: Place the second OEM remote near the START/STOP button. Press the START/STOP button twice to activate ignition. The Yellow LED will turn ON.
- Wait for the security indicator to turn OFF (approx. 3 seconds).
- Immediately: Press the START/STOP button once to deactivate ignition. The Yellow LED will turn OFF.
- The vehicle's ignition will turn ON, followed by the Yellow and Red LEDs illuminating alternately.
- The vehicle's ignition will then turn OFF.
- Disconnect all harnesses, including the 4-PIN Data-link harness.

- Repeat steps 1 to 12 of the Key Bypass Programming procedure.
- Observe vehicle ignition status (ON/OFF) and LED indicators (Blue/Red flashing) as per the guide.
- Disconnect all harnesses, then disconnect the 4-PIN Data-link harness.
CAN Programming Procedure
- Press and hold the programming button. Connect the 4-PIN Data-link harness (black connector). LEDs (Blue, Red, Yellow, Blue & Red) will illuminate alternately.
- Release the programming button when the Blue LED is ON. If the Blue LED is not solid ON, disconnect the 4-PIN Data-link harness.
- Connect the required remaining harnesses.
- Press the START/STOP button twice to turn ON the vehicle's ignition. The Blue LED will flash rapidly.
- Press the START/STOP button once to turn OFF the vehicle's ignition. The Blue LED will turn OFF, and the Red LED will turn ON.
- The module is now programmed.
