QCY Crossky C30 Wireless Earbuds

Overview

The QCY Crossky C30 features earbuds, a charging case, and a Type-C charging cable. The earbuds have LED indicators, touch panels, sound holes, and charging contacts. The charging case has a Type-C charging port.

How to Connect

First-time connection:

1. Pick up both earbuds, remove the isolation films, and place them back into the charging case to activate.
2. Take out both earbuds again.
3. On your phone, search for "QCY Crossky C30" in the Bluetooth device list and tap to connect.

Multi-Point Connection:

1. Ensure earbuds are powered on and in pairing mode. Connect to Device A.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The earbuds will re-enter pairing mode.
3. Turn on Bluetooth on Device B and connect to "QCY Crossky C30".
4. Turn on Bluetooth on Device A and reconnect to the already paired earbuds. The earbuds will now be connected to both devices simultaneously.

Factory Reset:

Use this if earbuds cannot connect properly. With earbuds outside the charging case and disconnected from any device, touch the touch panel 5 times. The white LED will blink 5 times, and the reset will be complete once blinking stops.

LED Indicators

Earbuds:

Charging: Solid red light. Charging complete: Light turns off.

Charging Case:

Charging: White light blinks. Fully charged: Solid white light.

How to Wear

Front View:

• Insert the earbud into your auricle.
• Move it downwards to a slightly lower position.
• Adjust for comfort.

Back View:

• Adjust the earbud's angle so the sound hole is perpendicular to your ear canal for optimal fit.

Improper wear can affect call quality and audio experience.

Functions

• Power-on: Open the charging case lid and take out the earbuds. Alternatively, long-press the touch panel for 1.5 seconds (when earbuds are out of the case).
• Power-off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap either touch panel.
• Reject Call: Long-press either touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Play/Pause: Double-tap either touch panel.
• Next Track: Triple-tap the right earbud's touch panel.
• Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the left earbud's touch panel.
• Customizable functions (Previous Track, Game Mode, Spatial Audio, etc.) are available in the QCY APP.

If defects arise due to quality issues within the warranty period, you can receive free repair, replacement, or return services upon presentation of the purchase receipt to an authorized QCY service center.

FAQ

1. Q: Only one earbud has sound. How to fix?
   A: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, then take them out again. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on both earbuds.
2. Q: Phone shows connection failure. How to fix?
   A: Delete the pairing record from your phone's Bluetooth settings and then search and connect again.
3. Q: No sound during music playback or calls. How to fix?
   A: On Android phones, go to the Bluetooth connection settings for the earbuds, disable "Phone audio" and "Media audio," then re-enable them. If the problem continues, re-pair the earbuds with your phone.
4. Q: Why is there latency in videos/games?
   A: Latency can occur due to factors like the usage environment, network conditions, and phone codecs affecting audio data transmission.
5. Q: Sound is choppy or intermittent. How to fix?
   A: Interference from strong Wi-Fi signals, 5G/4G networks, or high-power appliances in the vicinity can cause choppy audio. Try changing your environment or re-pairing the earbuds.
