Components:
- Earbuds: Feature a sound hole and a touch panel.
- Charging Case: Houses the earbuds and has an LED indicator.
- Type-C Cable: For charging the case.
Note: The images are for reference only; actual items may vary.
How to Connect
First-time connection:
- Take out both earbuds, remove the isolation films, and place them back in the case to activate.
- Take them out again.
- On your phone, search for "QCY Crossky C30" and tap to connect.
Factory setting:
(If the earbuds cannot be connected)
- Disconnect the earbuds from your device. Pick them up, then touch both panels 5 times within 30 seconds (the LED will blink white 5 times).
- Refer to "How to Connect" after resetting to factory settings.
Multi-Point Connection
- Power on the earbuds; they will automatically connect to a device. On Device A, search for "QCY Crossky C30" and tap to connect. Turn on Device A's Bluetooth, and they will be connectable again.
- On Device B, search for "QCY Crossky C30" and tap to connect.
- On Device A, tap "QCY Crossky C30" to connect. They are now connected to both devices.
LEDs on Earbuds: LEDs glow solid red when charging and turn off when fully charged.
LED on Case:
- Charging: LED blinks white.
- Top-up: LED glows solid white.
How to Wear
Front View & Back View:
- Place the earbud in your auricle, push it down as shown in the picture, and adjust to fit.
- Adjust the angle and point the sound hole towards your ears.
- Improper wear may result in poor call and playback experiences.
Functions

| Voice assistant: (Triple touch left panel) | Activates the voice assistant. |
Other functions like skip track backward, gaming mode, and special sound can be set in the QCY APP.
Safety Precautions
- Wireless frequency: 2.402~2.480GHz
- RF power of transmission: <4dBm
- Read and retain this manual for future reference.
- Recharge if not used for over 2 weeks.
- Use a charger from a legitimate manufacturer certified by national safety authorities.
- If the phone cannot detect the earbuds, re-enter pairing mode or perform a factory reset. If there's a phone program error, close and reopen Bluetooth or restart the phone.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery. Avoid foreign objects, high temperatures, or immersion in water to prevent leakage, overheating, ignition, or explosion. Battery replacement should only be done by the manufacturer.
- Do not drop, crush, or puncture the battery. Prevent external pressure that may lead to internal short circuits and overheating.
- Do not dismantle or modify the earbuds for any reason, as it may result in fire, electronic breakdown, or permanent damage.
- Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Do not place the product's indicator light near the eyes of children or animals.
- Do not use the product during thunderstorms, as it may cause abnormal operation and increase the risk of electric shock.
- Do not use oil or other volatile liquids to clean the product.
- Avoid prolonged use at high volume to prevent hearing damage.
The power delivered by the charger must be between min 2 Watts and max 5 Watts to achieve maximum charging speed.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased from Alza.cz is guaranteed for 2 years. For repairs or services during the warranty period, contact the seller directly with the original proof of purchase.
The following conditions void the warranty:
- Using the product for purposes other than intended, or failing to follow maintenance, operation, and service instructions.
- Damage from natural disasters, unauthorized intervention, or mechanical damage due to buyer's fault (e.g., during transport, improper cleaning).
- Natural wear and aging of consumables or components (e.g., batteries).
- Exposure to adverse external influences like sunlight, radiation, electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, power surges, electrostatic discharge (including lightning), faulty power supply or input voltage, incorrect polarity, or chemical processes.
- Modifications, alterations, or adaptations made by anyone to change or extend the product's functions compared to the purchased design, or the use of non-original components.
