QCY Crossky R70 Open-Ear Headphones

Overview

The QCY Crossky R70 are open-ear Bluetooth headphones designed for a comfortable and immersive audio experience. For enhanced control and customization, download the QCY mobile app.

Key Components:

• Earbuds: Feature a touch control area, LED indicator, microphone, sound outlet, bass port, and charging contactors.
• Charging Case: Includes a button control, LED indicator, and a Type-C charging port. Supports wireless charging.

Bluetooth Pairing

Initial Pairing:

1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and remove the protective insulating film from each.
2. Return the earbuds to the charging case and close the lid. This activates the new earbuds.
3. Take the earbuds out again. They will power on automatically.
4. On your mobile device, refresh the Bluetooth list and select "QCY Crossky R70" to connect.

If earbuds do not power on automatically, please charge them and try again.

Multi-Device Connection:

This feature allows connection to two devices simultaneously. It is disabled by default and can be enabled via the QCY app.

1. Ensure earbuds are in pairing mode. Connect to Device A.
2. Turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The earbuds will re-enter pairing mode.
3. Enable Bluetooth on Device B and select "QCY Crossky R70" to pair.
4. On Device A, turn on Bluetooth and reconnect to the paired earbuds. The earbuds will now be connected to both devices.

How to Wear

For optimal comfort and sound quality:

1. Hold the earbuds above your ears.
2. Rotate the ear hooks downward along the auricle of the ear to achieve a proper and secure fit.

Incorrect wearing may affect call quality and listening experience.

Factory Reset

Use this procedure to clear pairing records and resolve connection issues:

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case with the lid open.
2. Press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the earbud's white LED flashes 5 times.

After resetting, use the initial pairing method to reconnect.

Charging

Earbuds Charging:

• Charging: Red light stays on.
• Fully Charged: White light flashes for 30 seconds, then turns off.

Charging Case Charging:

• Charging (Type-C or Wireless): Red light stays on.
• Fully Charged: White light stays on.

Controls

Manage your audio and calls with touch controls:

• Power On: Open charging case or tap and hold earbud for ~1.5 seconds.
• Power Off: Place earbuds in charging case and close lid.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap touch area.
• Reject Call: Tap and hold touch area for ~1.5 seconds.
• Previous Track: Tap and hold left earbud touch area for ~1.5 seconds.
• Next Track: Tap and hold right earbud touch area for ~1.5 seconds.
• Voice Assistant: Triple-tap left earbud touch area.
• Play/Pause: Double-tap touch area.
• Activate Low Latency Mode: Triple-tap right earbud touch area.

QCY products come with a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Please retain your purchase receipt for service.

The warranty is void under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Improper maintenance or modification.
