QCY AilyBuds Pro+ Wireless Earbuds User Manual

Overview

The QCY AilyBuds Pro+ are wireless earbuds with a charging case. The earbuds feature sound holes, LED indicators, and touch panels. The charging case has a Type-C charging port and a charging case button.

Bluetooth Pairing

Initial Pairing:

1. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Peel off the isolation film from each earbud.
2. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid to activate the new device.
3. Retrieve both earbuds again.
4. On your phone, refresh Bluetooth devices and pair with "QCY AilyBuds Pro+".

Tip: Opening the charging case turns on the earbuds. If not, try again after charging.

One-Click Device Switching:

To switch from Device A to Device B:

1. Open the charging case lid with both earbuds inside.
2. Press the charging case button for approximately 3 seconds. The earbuds will flash red once.
3. Search for the earbuds on the new device and click to connect.

Note: The earbuds support connecting to two devices simultaneously. This feature can be enabled in the QCY APP settings.

Multi-Device Connection

Steps for Multi-Device Connection:

1. Power on the earbuds to initiate pairing. After connecting to Device A, turn off Bluetooth on that device. The earbuds will re-enter pairing mode.
2. Enable Bluetooth on Device B and select "QCY AilyBuds Pro+" for pairing.
3. On Device A, turn on Bluetooth and click the paired earbuds' name. The earbuds are now connected to both devices simultaneously.

Note: The one-drag-two function and LDAC audio decoding format cannot be enabled simultaneously.

Factory Reset

Clearing Pairing Records (Use in case of connection issues):

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and open the lid.
2. Press the charging case button for 10 seconds. The earbuds will flash red 5 times, indicating the reset is complete after the blinking stops.

Tip: After a factory reset, follow the initial pairing method to connect for normal usage.

User Guide

Wearing the Earbuds:

1. Properly wear the earbuds on the left and right sides. Adjust by rotating to find a comfortable and secure fit.
2. Ensure the microphone opening faces downwards towards your mouth.

Note: Incorrect placement may affect call quality and hearing. A snug fit is important for ANC effectiveness.

Earbuds Charging:

The red light stays on while charging and turns off when fully charged.

Charging Case Charging:

During charging: The red light stays on.

Fully charged: The white light stays on.

Charging Case Battery Status:

• Sufficient battery: White light stays on for 5 seconds after opening the case lid.
• Low battery: Red light stays on for 5 seconds after opening the case lid.
• Insufficient battery: Red light flashes quickly three times after opening the case lid.

Functions

• Power On: Open the charging case (earbuds inside) or long-press the touch panel for 1.5 seconds (earbuds outside the case).
• Power Off: Place earbuds in the charging case and close the lid.
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap the touch panel.
• Reject Call: Long-press the touch panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Play/Pause: Double-tap the touch panel.
• Next Track: Triple-tap the right ear touch panel.
• Voice Assistant: Triple-tap the left ear touch panel.
• Low-latency Mode: Keep touching the left panel for 1.5 seconds.
• Adaptive ANC: Keep touching the right panel for 1.5 seconds to turn on/off.

Your QCY product is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Please retain your purchase receipt. For defects due to quality issues within the warranty period, bring the warranty card and receipt to an authorized dealer for complimentary replacement services.

Safety Precautions

1. Read and retain this user manual before use.
2. Recharge the product if not used for over 2 weeks.
3. Use only chargers produced by legitimate manufacturers and certified by national safety authorities.
4. If your phone cannot detect the earbuds, re-enter pairing mode or perform a factory reset. If a phone program error occurs, close and reopen Bluetooth or restart the phone.
5. Do not disassemble, modify the battery, insert foreign objects, expose to high temperatures, or immerse in water to prevent leakage, overheating, ignition, or explosion. Battery replacement should only be done by the manufacturer.
6. Do not drop, crush, or puncture the battery. Prevent external pressure that may lead to internal short circuits and overheating.
7. Do not dismantle or modify the earbuds for any reason, as it may result in fire, electronic breakdown, or permanent damage.
8. Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
9. Do not point the product indicator light near the eyes of children or animals.
10. Do not use the product during thunderstorms, as it may cause abnormal operation and increase the risk of electric shock.
11. Do not use oil or other volatile liquids to clean the product.
12. Avoid prolonged use at high volume to prevent hearing damage.
