Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: Remove the protective tabs from the earbuds and close the charging case lid.

Step 2: The red light on the charging case indicates the charge status. Remove the earbuds from the case.

Step 3: One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to be paired with your device.

Step 4: To connect, select "JLab GO Air Pop" in your device's Bluetooth settings. Two beeps, followed by flashing white lights on both earbuds, indicate a connection has been established.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices
Turn OFF Bluetooth on all previously connected devices. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device.
Remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically pair with Bluetooth.
To connect, select "JLab GO Air Pop" in the device settings.
Button Functions
Left Earbud:
- Volume Down: Single tap.
- SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): Double tap.
- REWIND: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Right Earbud:
- Volume Up: Single tap.
- PLAYBACK / PAUSE: Double tap.
- FAST FORWARD: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Call Functions:
- ANSWER CALL: Single tap.
- HANG UP: Double tap.
- REJECT INCOMING CALL: Press and hold for 1+ second.
EQ CHANGE: Triple tap (on either earbud).
Voice and Sound Prompts
- POWER ON = Tone
- CONNECTED TO BLUETOOTH = Two beeps
- BATTERY LOW = "Low Battery" (Less than 20%)
- POWER OFF = Tone
Custom EQ³ Sound Modes
By triple-tapping the right or left earbud, you can select different EQ settings. The GO Air Pop switches between three EQ settings:
- JLab SIGNATURE (1️⃣ beep): JLab C3™ Signature Sound with enhanced vocals and bass.
- BALANCED (2️⃣ beeps): Even sound without additional sound enhancement.
- BASS BOOST (3️⃣ beeps): Enhanced bass and sub-bass.
Charging the Earbuds
Step 1: The earbuds turn off automatically when placed in the charging case and begin charging.

Step 2: When you remove the earbuds from the case, they will automatically turn on and connect to your device.

Charging Indicators:
- ? Solid Red Light: Charging case 100-25% charged.
- ? Blinking 4x Red: Charging case less than 25% charged.
Charging Case
Connect the GO Air Pop to a computer or a USB power source with 5V 1A (or less).

Fitting
Try all included ear tips for optimal fit and seal.
Insert the earbud into your ear canal and twist slightly to find the best fit.

Quick Tips
- The left and right earbuds can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to connect.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn OFF Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn ON Bluetooth on the selected device to connect.
- The earbuds must be completely dry before placing them in the charging case to avoid damage to the case. The earbuds are sweat and water-resistant, but the charging case is not.

Troubleshooting: Connection Errors or Disconnected Earbuds (Manual Reset)
- Place the earbuds in the charging case and forget "JLab GO Air Pop" in your Bluetooth device settings.
- Tap one earbud in the charging case 7 times quickly. The earbud will flash blue four times.
- Tap the other earbud in the charging case 7 times quickly. The earbud will flash blue four times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will light solid white, the other will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to be paired with your device.

CAUTION
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Wax can accumulate in the ear tips, affecting sound quality. Carefully remove wax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily discontinuing use.
- If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like a pair of sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
