Bluetooth Pairing
- Step 1: Remove the protective tab and close the charging case lid.
- Step 2: The red light on the case indicates charging. Remove the earbuds from the case.
- Step 3: One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.
- Step 4: Select "JLab GO Air POP" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. An audible two-beep prompt followed by flashing white lights will indicate it is connected.
Adding New Bluetooth Devices / Additional Devices:
Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth from a new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing. Select "JLab GO Air POP" in the device settings to connect.
Key Functions
Left Earbud
- Volume Down: Tap once.
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double tap.
- Previous Track: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Right Earbud
- Volume Up: Tap once.
- Play / Pause: Double tap.
- Next Track: Press and hold for 1+ second.
Calls
- Answer Call: Tap once.
- End Call: Double tap.
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for 1+ second.
EQ Change
- Change EQ Mode: Triple tap (either earbud).
Audio Signals
- Power On: Ring.
- Connected to Bluetooth: Two beeps.
- Low Battery: "Low battery" prompt (less than 20%).
- Power Off: Ring.
Customizable EQ Sound Modes
Tap the right or left button 3 times for different EQ settings (GO Air Pop will cycle through 3 EQ settings).
- JLab Signature Mode (One Beep): JLab C3T™ signature sound with amplified mids and bass.
- Balanced Mode (Two Beeps): Balanced sound without additional adjustments.
- Bass Boost Mode (Three Beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.
Earbud Charging
- The earbuds turn off and begin charging when placed in the case.
- The earbuds automatically turn on and connect to your device when removed from the case.
Charging Case Indicator:
Solid Red: Case battery 100-25%.
Flashing Red 4x: Case battery less than 25% (charging case).
Charging Case
Connect the GO Air Pop to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or lower) output device.
During Charging: Flashing blue light.
Fully Charged: Solid blue light.
Fit
Experiment with all the ear tips to find the best fit and seal for optimal sound.
Place the earbud in the ear canal and rotate slightly to adjust for a better fit.
Quick Tips
- The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply choose one and remove it from the case to power on.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on your chosen device to connect.
- Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case to prevent any damage to the case. The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the case is not.
Troubleshooting
Connection Failure or Earbuds Disconnected (Manual Reset)
- Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget "JLab GO Air POP" from your device's Bluetooth settings.
- Quickly tap the left earbud 7 times while in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- Quickly tap the right earbud 7 times while in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. One earbud will be solid white, and the other will flash blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair with your device.

Warnings
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax may accumulate on the earbud tips, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If you regularly experience discomfort during the use of this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- We recommend treating your earbuds like sunglasses, keeping them in a safe place when not in use.
