Pairing Instructions
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case to power on. If earbuds are not in the case or are off, press and hold both earbuds for 3 seconds to power on.
- When the left and right earbuds are connected, the left earbud will flash red and blue, while the right earbud light will turn off.
- Use your device's Bluetooth settings to pair with "Heyday Earbud 11".
- The lights on both earbuds will turn off when paired successfully.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case to power off.
- The earbuds will power off automatically after 5 minutes of no connection.
Note: Either the left or right earbud can be used individually. Remove an earbud from the case; it will automatically power on and reconnect to your previously connected device. Alternatively, use your device to pair with "Heyday Earbud 11".
How to Wear
- Take the earbuds out from the charging case.
- The left earbud is marked with "L" and the right earbud with "R".
- Place the left/right earbud into the corresponding ear, ensuring the speakers point upwards.
Using Your Earbuds
Listen To Music
- Play/Pause: Press the touch control on either the Left or Right Earbud once.
- Previous Song: Hold the touch control on the Left Earbud for 2 seconds.
- Next Song: Hold the touch control on the Right Earbud for 2 seconds.
Voice Assistant
- Press the touch control on the Right Earbud 3 times to activate/exit Voice Assistant/Siri.
Phone Calls
- Music will pause for incoming calls.
- Answer/End Call: Press the touch control on either earbud once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Charging
Charging Earbuds
- Charge the earbuds fully before first use.
- Full charge of the earbuds takes approximately 1 hour.
- Earbud playback time is up to 3.5 hours. Up to 12 hours with the charging case.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case to begin charging. The left and right earbuds will display a steady red light while charging. The lights turn off when fully charged.
Recharging the Charging Case
- Full charge of the charging case takes approximately 1.5 hours.
- Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the charging case.
- The indicating light on the charging case will flash blue while charging the earbuds.
- When the charging case is being charged, the light will flash. It turns steady red when fully charged.
Troubleshooting and Tips
- If the earbuds are not working correctly, try turning them off and on again.
- If the earbuds won't turn on, recharge the battery and try again.
- If the earbuds won't charge, ensure the power supply is working, is rated 5V/0.5A, and is not damaged.
- If there is no sound from the earbuds, adjust the volume on your device.
- If the earbuds make no sound or do not appear as an available device, ensure they are not paired to another device. If they are, unpair the device and re-pair with the desired device.
Notes and Compliance
- This device does not have a pairing code. If prompted, ensure you are connecting to the correct device. If not, "forget" the device and re-pair.
- The unit will power off if not used for more than 5 minutes.
- If the Bluetooth connection range exceeds 10 meters, the earbuds will disconnect with an audible prompt. If the connection is not re-established within 5 minutes, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

- Do not use near any water source.
- Do not modify or repair this device.
- Do not use in high temperatures or extreme weather.
- Do not use chemical detergents to clean your device; use a soft, dry cloth.
