Getting Started
Welcome to your Heyday™ true wireless earbuds. Let's get you set up.
Charging:
- Full charge of the earbuds requires approximately 1 hour.
- Earbuds playback time up to 3.5 hours. Up to 12 hours with charging case.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case to start charging them. Suggest to fully charge for first use.
- Charging case full charge requires approximately 2 hours. Plug the USB-C charging cable to charge.
- Plug USB-C end of charging cable into a DC 5V≥0.25A power supply.
- When the charging case powers off due to low battery, connect it to a USB charger and long-press the power button to turn it on before charging the earbuds.
How to Wear:
The left earbud has an "L" and the right earbud has an "R" marked on it. Place the left/right earbud in the left/right ear and make sure the speakers are pointed upwards when placing them in your ears.
Eartips Fitting:
M-size eartips are pre-installed on the earbuds. Replacement of eartips (S, M, L) with different sizes to fit your ears.
- Attach the new eartips by pushing them firmly onto the earphones.
- Remove the eartips from the earphones gently.
Pairing
Lift the lid of the charging case or long press the earbuds Multi-functional touch control for three seconds to power on.
Use Bluetooth® settings on your phone to pair with the Heyday Earbud 13. A prompt tone will sound upon successful pairing.
With the lid open, press and hold the button on the back of the case for 3 seconds to pair the earbuds (left & right). If currently connected to a phone, this will disconnect the Bluetooth connection. Close and re-open the lid to reconnect to the phone.
Put back the earbuds and close the charging case lid or long press the earbuds Multi-functional touch control for five seconds to power off.

Power Button:
- Press once: Wake screen
- Press again: Sleep screen
- Long press: Power off (Tap to confirm, X to cancel)
- Long press: Power on charging case

Screen Display/Function Icons:
- Volume: Displays current volume level (0-16).
- Brightness: Controls screen brightness (Low/Medium/High).
- EQ Toggle: Selectable when enabled. EQ presets: JAZZ, VOCAL, BASS, CLUB, NORMAL.
- Spatial Audio Toggle: Selectable when enabled. Options: Cinema audio, Music audio, Gaming audio.
- ANC Mode: Options: NORMAL Mode (Default), Ambient Sound, ANC.
- Time Display: Automatically synchronizes the time of connected devices.
- Battery Indicators: Shows battery level for earbuds and charging case (Yellow when charging).
- Status Bar Icons: Indicate connection status (Earbuds not connected to case, Earbuds connected to case, Earbuds, case, and phone connected).
Troubleshooting and Tips
- If the earbuds are not working correctly, turn them on/off.
- If the earbuds won't turn on, recharge the battery and try again.
- If the earbuds won't charge, ensure the power supply works (DC 5V≥0.25A) and is not damaged.
- If the earbuds make no sound, adjust the volume.
- If the earbuds make no sound or do not show as an available device, ensure they are not paired to another device. If so, unpair the device and re-pair to the desired device.
- This device does not have a pairing code. If prompted for one, ensure you are connecting to the correct device. If not, "forget" the device and re-pair.
- The earbuds will power off if not used for more than 5 minutes.
- If the Bluetooth® connection range exceeds 10 meters, the earbuds/charging case will disconnect with a prompt sound from earbuds or an indicator in the status bar. If the connection is not re-established within 5 minutes, the earbuds will turn off automatically.

- Do not use near any water source.
- Do not modify or repair this device.
- Do not use in high temperatures or extreme weather.
- Do not use chemical detergents to clean your device; use a soft dry cloth.
