Getting Started
Welcome to your Heyday™ true wireless earbuds. Let's get you set up.
What's Included:

Pairing
Remove your earbuds from the charging case to power on. If the earbuds are not in pairing mode, press and hold the touch control on both earbuds for 3 seconds. The left and right earbuds are connected. The earbud will show a breathing white light. Use Bluetooth settings on your phone to pair with "Heyday Earbud 12".
Charging Earbuds
Charge the earbuds fully prior to first use. Place the earbuds into the charging case to start charging. The earbud charging LED indicator will turn on with a steady white light and turn off when fully charged. Full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
Recharging the Charging Case
When the charging LED indicator on the case flashes red, it indicates low battery. Connect the Type-C charging cable to the charging case and plug the USB-A end into a DC 5V power supply. The case charging LED indicator will flash red while charging and turn solid red when fully charged.

Controls
Left Earbud:
- Play/Pause & Answer/End Call: Press touch control
- Activate Voice Assistant: Double press touch control
Right Earbud:
- Play/Pause & Answer/End Call: Press touch control
- Next Song: Hold touch control for 2 seconds
- Reject Incoming Call: Press touch control
- Power Off: Hold touch control for 5 seconds
Note: The right earbud can be used individually. If earbuds are not connected correctly, turn them on again. If earbuds do not turn on, recharge the battery and try again. If earbuds make no sound, adjust the volume on your connected device. If earbuds make no sound or do not show as available on your connected device, unpair the device and re-pair the desired device.
Troubleshooting and Tips
If your earbuds do not turn on, recharge the battery and try again. If the earbuds do not connect, ensure they are within the Bluetooth connection range. If the earbuds make no sound, adjust the volume on your connected device. If the earbuds make no sound or do not show as available on your connected device, unpair the device and re-pair the desired device.
