Product Overview
This document outlines the features and usage of the HEYDAY TW15 True Wireless Earbuds. The package includes the earbuds, a charging case, a USB-C charging cable, and three sizes of earbud tips (small, medium, large).
Key Components:
- Microphone: For calls and voice commands.
- Touch Sensor: For controlling playback and calls.

Indicators and Tones
Earbud Status Indicators:
- Rapid Flashing Red/White: Indicates the earbuds are in pairing mode.
- Flashes White and Fades: Indicates the earbuds have successfully paired.
- Flashing Red: Indicates low battery power.
- Solid Red: Indicates the earbuds are charging.
- No Light: Indicates the earbuds have finished charging.
Charging Case Indicators:
- One Light: Case is approximately 25% charged.
- Two Lights: Case is approximately 50% charged.
- Three Lights: Case is approximately 75% charged.
- Four Lights: Case is fully charged (100%).
Audio Tones:
- Ascending Tones: Signal power on.
- Descending Tones: Signal power off.
- Three Rapid Tones: Indicate the earbuds are ready to pair.
- Single Chime: Confirms successful pairing.
- Two Rapid Dings: Alert for low battery.
- Quick Ascending Tone: Indicates maximum volume (iOS devices only).
- Quick Descending Tone: Indicates minimum volume (iOS devices only).
Pairing Instructions
To pair the HEYDAY TW15 earbuds with your device for the first time:
- Open the charging case and remove both earbuds.
- The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing red and white lights.
- On your device's Bluetooth settings, search for available devices and select "HEYDAY EARBUD 05".
- Tap "pair" when prompted. You might be prompted again to confirm the pairing.
- Once successfully paired, the earbuds' indicators will turn solid white for five seconds before fading out.
Resetting Earbuds: Place both earbuds into the charging case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the reset button [⚙️] on the back of the case for 6 seconds.
Touch Controls
Control your music, calls, and voice assistant with intuitive touch controls.
Left Earbud Controls:
- 1 tap: ▶️⏸️ Play or Pause music.
- 2 taps: ⏪ Previous song.
- 1 tap: ? Answer or end an incoming call.
- Hold 1.5 sec: ?️ Activate voice assistant.
- Hold 1.5 sec: ? Reject an incoming call.
Right Earbud Controls:
- 1 tap: ▶️⏸️ Play or Pause music.
- 2 taps: ⏩ Next song.
- 1 tap: ? Answer or end an incoming call.
- Hold 1.5 sec: ?️ Activate voice assistant.
- Hold 1.5 sec: ? Reject an incoming call.
Earbud Tips
The HEYDAY TW15 earbuds include three sizes of earbud tips (small, medium, large) to ensure a secure and comfortable fit. You can change the tips at any time.
- To remove an earbud tip, gently squeeze it and pull it away from the earbud.
- Select the earbud tip size that provides the most comfortable and secure fit.
- To attach a new tip, align it with the earbud and push it on firmly. The tip has an interior sleeve that should slide onto the earbud.
- Repeat these steps for the second earbud.
Charging Instructions
Charging the Earbuds:
- Place both earbuds back into their designated slots in the charging case.
- Charging is indicated by the earbud lights. Charging is complete when the lights turn off.
- A full charge for the earbuds typically takes approximately 1 hour.
Charging the Case:
- Connect the included USB-C charging cable [?] to the port on the back of the case.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible power source (minimum DC 5V 1A). It is recommended to use a UL-compliant power supply.
- A full charge for the case takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 24 hours of total playtime for the earbuds.
- The case is fully charged when all four LED indicators are solid white.
Features
IPX5 Water Resistance:
? The earbuds are rated IPX5, meaning they are resistant to sweat and low-pressure water jets. This makes them ideal for workouts. Please note that the charging case does not share the same IPX5 rating and should be kept dry.
Mono Mode:
You can use the earbuds individually in mono mode. Simply remove only one earbud from the charging case to activate it.
Troubleshooting Guide
- ⚠️ Earbuds not functioning correctly: Place both earbuds into the charging case with the lid open. Press and hold the reset button [⚙️] on the back of the case for 6 seconds to reset them.
- ⚠️ Earbuds will not turn on: Ensure the earbuds are charged. Place them in the case to recharge and try again.
- ⚠️ Earbuds are not charging: Verify that the power supply is functional and meets the 5V/1A requirement. Check the charging cable for damage and ensure the case itself has some charge.
- ⚠️ Earbuds make no sound or do not appear in device's Bluetooth list: Confirm the earbuds are not paired to another device. If they are, unpair them from the previous device and then re-pair them to your desired device.
