Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach 8 feet (Part 114947, 115988) to the bottom of the main panels.
Step 2
Connect the two main horizontal panels using 16 screws (Part 130618).
Step 3
Attach the side panels to the main horizontal panels using screws and dowels. Use 2x screws (Part 113287) and 2x mounting plates (Part 144342).
Step 4
Slide the back panels into the grooves of the assembled frame.
Step 5
Insert 4x dowels/connectors (various part numbers listed) into the designated holes.
Step 6
Attach internal vertical dividers using screws and shelf supports. Use 2x screws (Part 113287) and 2x mounting plates (Part 144342).
Step 7
Insert more panels into the structure.
Step 8
Insert 4x connectors (various part numbers listed) into the structure.
Step 9
Slide in more panels, aligning them with the connectors.
Step 10
Attach the top panel by sliding it into place and securing it.
Step 11
Secure internal components using 4x connectors (various part numbers listed).
Step 12
Attach a component (possibly a cable management bracket) to the main unit using 2x connecting plates (Part 144348, 144349, 144350).
Step 13
Secure a component using 1x bracket (Part 109049).
Step 14
Attach support brackets to the unit using screws. Use 1x screws (Part 133203, 133204, 133205, 133207, 133206, 10093227) and 1x bracket (Part 109049).
Step 15
Route cables through the unit and along the back.
Step 16
Secure cables with clips (Part 116637). A "Click!" sound indicates secure attachment.
Steps 17 & 18
Adjust the height/level of the unit using the feet. Turn feet clockwise [⬆️] to raise, counter-clockwise [⬇️] to lower. Use 4x feet (Part 100006).
Step 19
Prepare for wall mounting. Attach wall brackets (Part 103693) to the back of the unit using 4x screws (various part numbers listed). Ensure correct orientation.
Wall Mounting
Measure and mark the wall for bracket placement. Recommended dimensions: 43 mm (1 11/16") from edges, 80 mm (3 1/8") from top/bottom. Spacing between brackets: 600 mm (23 5/8"), 514 mm (20 1/4"), 600 mm (23 5/8").
Drill holes in the wall suitable for your wall type. Insert wall plugs (not included).
Attach the wall brackets to the wall using appropriate screws (not included).
Lift the assembled BESTÅ unit and hook it onto the wall brackets. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
UPPLEVA Accessory
The UPPLEVA accessory is mentioned for mounting a TV. UPPLEVA is not available in all countries.
Final Assembly
Final shelves/dividers are inserted into the unit.
